The place is very clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff is friendly and process orders very fast with minimal wait timings. The food is very economical and affordable maintaining its quality. Recently they did hikes $1 on most of meals and combos.
Was disappointed that the drink machines in the lobby weren't working so had to go the front counter when my nephew and I wanted to refill our drinks. Told one of the employees that the urinal in the men's room was leaving and there was a good amount of water on the floor. He didn't seem too alarme
I was not given the correct dessert. My son asked at the window if they had blueberry muffins and he was told yes. Apparently, the employees didn't listen and put some sort of cinnamon dessert in the bag. I was disappointed and threw it away. Normally, I get better service at this location.

Excellent service except for this staff named JOHANNA. She is lousy, rude, has attitude, unfriendly, mean, unkept and lousy. Both of my experiences with her has been horrible because of the way she talks to customers. She is the reason for 4stars rather than the 5stars.

I placed a mobile order. I was not acknowledged or welcomed. I went to the restroom. When I came back and stood at the counter, I still was not acknowledged, welcomed, or even asked if I wanted to place an order. My fries were hot and delicious.
I've never been inside, only used the drive-thru. But they are quick and courteous. So far, they have never made a mistake on my order.

If made correctly (and available) this drink is comparable, if not superior, to a Starbucks Caramel Frappacino, and a fraction of the cost. The fries are always Hot and Crispy! There always seems to be a line, but it moves fast and assures those Crispy Fries, so it's worth it...
