I have come to this location several times over the years. I have always had a great experience and staff is always friendly and helpful. I love $1.99 fish tacos on Monday and the complimentary chips and salsa bar! Prices are reasonable and food is great! Btw, I love eating out on their patio.

The Cubana Burger was something along the lines of spiritual. One of the best burgers I have eaten in a long time. The Happy Hour drinks were particularly strong. I recommend the Rita. The service was very good. The staff are friendly and the other customers were pretty cool as well. Not a bad spot for a quick bite and hanging out with friends.

If it's an excellent fish taco you're craving, come on a Monday. Then again, the Original Breakfast Taco is generous and delicious all day every day. Tamales (quite passable) are just a dollar on Thursdays. I'm not a fan of the iced tea, but the coffee is just what a cantina brunch calls for, and the beer selection is good. Haven't tried much from the bar, but I hear good things.

Berryhill is a tasty little bar and grill that is probably most well known for its fish tacos. They have a great menu with many options, but I have personally never tried anything but their tacos, as they are so good that I dont want to have anything else. I definitely recommend Berryhill for a casual sit-down meal, especially if you like fried fish or shrimp. (They do have non-seafood options as well)

I love the consistently good food, and the polite and friendly service I get here. The staff always make sure they understood what you ordered, and may make suggestions for you to try new things.
I especially love the Monday special of $2. FISH TACOS. BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BOMB!!

I have been a patron at Berryhill Baja Grill for many years. They are all fantastic, but the one at Buffalo Speedway and westview is far and Away the best. The original fish tacos are the best I've ever had, and they are massive. I would recommend this establishment to anybody that has never had the best fish taco in the world.

We ONLY order the fish tacos and they are the best we've ever had. Pickled carrots and creamy jalapeรฑo sauce at the salsa bar are amazing as is the mango habanero salsa. Kid friendly with free ice cream. Small but comfortable patio during late fall to early spring. Pricing drops on fish tacos during Lent!

Great fish taco but go for the grilled over crispy as I found the batter heavy. Taco combo deal is good and comes with rice + beans. Bathooms clean. Service was quick.

Great food and friendly staff. Their daily specials are particularly enticing. On Mondays their fish tacos are $2 (regularly $4). They are not chincy with the fish filets, 2 fish tacos will probably fill you up. On Tuesdays, kids eat for free. Thursdays are $1 tamales (try the spinach & corn tamales with the creamy habanero sauce from the salsa bar). On Fridays, their frozen margaritas are $4 (regularly $7), and they are suprisingly good โ you actually taste the tequila, and they are limey & tart like a margarita should be. Free unlimited chips & salsa are available all day, every day. It is great Tex-Mex for a very reasonable price.

Absolutely excellent fish tacos. I am not a fan of the rice and beans, but the tacos make up for it!
I also love the salsa bar here and there is soft serve if you want it.

Sometimes great, sometimes poor.

Friday 9-8-17 stop in for Breakfast Taco Platter. The woman was nice and friendly and took my order and the asked for Refried Beans instead of Black Beans. No extra charge. The food was great and I was very happy with the service and food.

Sat 9-9-17 went in again ordered the sameย Breakfast Taco Platter but this time a man was the order taker. He was hard to deal with and charged me an extra $1.25 for the Refried Beans.

Glad me a hard time selecting what I wanted.

I visited this location on a Friday evening and was surprised to see that it was mostly empty. The booths were filled up with older couples. The place is quite family friendly and service is prompt.

House chips and salsas ๐๐๐๐
Chicken Enchilada ๐๐๐
Bean tamale ๐๐
Chicken tamale ๐๐
Mushroom quesadilla ๐๐๐๐
Tres Leches ๐๐

We got the queso dip as an appetizer. It was clearly not fresh, but had been microwaved. Therefore, all the fat in the cheese had risen to the top and it was disgusting. They also had a special on margaritas that day, so I tried the house margarita that was on special. The drink was pure sugar and there was hardly any liquor in it. Even when discounted, that drink was not worth the money. Will not be returning to this restaurant chain ever.

Great All The Way Around. I have nothing but great things to say about Berryhill, the Buffalo location is my favorite traffic stop. A couple margaritas to wash down my choice taco of the day, sitting on their patio with great timeless music playing. Always a great way to unwind after a long day. Thank Berryhill its the small things.

Sad. Haven't been in years. what a disappointment. Decor was cute but the food and the prices were not right. soggy fish tacos for way to much $$$. my wife and i each had 2 tacos and 1 side of gauc, almost $30 dollars. That wont fly in this town...

Berryhill Ba-Hoo-Hoo!. I just do not understand how overpriced places this bad continue to exist. The food, at best, is just bland and un-tasty; at worst, it is truly awful. It is very hard to believe that this is a Houston "invention" as the food is much more like a Yankee or Midwestern incarnation of tex-mex.

The gratis chips are ok, but the salsa and other accompaniments are terrible. The "original" breakfast taco is awful - ANY 99 cent fast food breakfast taco is better. The fajitas, both chicken and beef, tacos are ok. But the grilled fish and the "original" shrimp tacos are bland and outstanding rip-offs due to a severe lack of seafood. Perhaps this was ok in the case of the shrimp as the shrimp were way past their prime and tasted awful.

The black beans are bland, bland and watered down. The rice is just not worth any calories. The draft Negro Modelo is cold and good - but it is not enough to bring me back to this place.

One of our favorite restaurants is Berryhill Baja Grill. Call your closest location to see what deals they have. At the Buffalo Speedway location, they have $1.99 fish tacos on Mondays AND kidโs eat free on Tuesday and Saturday. Pair this with one of the daily deals that keep coming out and you can get a very reasonable lunch for the family.
