Very good mall restaurant. They provide you free samples of food before you commit to making a purchase. The food prep and serving area is very clean and organized. The dining area maintained by Memorial City Mall is kept very clean and sanitized. I highly recommend eating at the Japanese Restaurant
My family and I love the Bento Boxes from here. And if there is a item you don't care for they'll happily substitute. There is always a line as it is a popular spot in Memorial City Mall's food court. But don't let that discourage you as the line moves fast. The service is quick and the food is good
Fresh and good food. I ordered shrimp tempura , beef and shrimp with vegetables ( broccoli and cabbage). The food was ready is about 10 minutes. Find pic attached. I didn’t want any rice . The plate had 90 % cabbage with some broccoli and 10 % of protein .

My mother and I went to eat some Awesome PHO today, and we are very happy and comfortable with the service and the attitude of the workers. We have become regular customers due to the Wonderful food and the workers. I'd recommend this place for healthy eating soup menus as well.
Had chicken teriyaki with fried rice. I thought the plate came with half steamed veggies instead of full of rice (at least at different locations I've been to), so there was lots of rice and I had to take some home. Overall, the food and the service were good.
The food is always good. I go once a month and I have never had any issues. Sometimes the line is long and the cooks still move at the same place as if there were only two or three customers. I leave whenever this happens, but the area is clean and you get plenty of food for the price.
My sons love the place and they always ask for extra meat the chicken. For me it’s a bit too salty but it taste great with extra rice.
