DELICIOUS FOOD!! The service, food and atmosphere is amazing. My fiance asked for something that was not even on the menu and they prepared it perfectly. The food tastes fresh as well, one of the best Mediterranean places in Houston hands down! The owners are there speaking with customers and ensure everyone is happy with their meal and experience at the restaurant, such a warm and inviting experience. From customer service, atmosphere to the food it’s absolutely amazing, you really feel the middle eastern hospitality in this place

We absolutely loved everything! The owner was so kind and asked us how everything was at the end of our meal. He even let us try their tea and baklava on the house! Very welcoming atmosphere, we decided this is our new Mediterranean spot ✨

Yesterday was my cousins birthday and she loves Mediterranean. We had the best time. The food was AMAZING and they offered many vegetarian options. The food was perfectly seasoned and the portion sizes, WOW. Our server was so patient in serving us and the decor was beautiful. The food came out hot, fresh and correct. We will be back for hookah next time! Thank you for making my cousins birthday perfect! Sorry for the pics, we were starving.

It's the kind of place where you feel like at home, no matter how far you are from it, no matter what your nationality or religion is, they just make you feel like family and treat you with the same love and respect and I think that's what makes your experience in Fairouz magical. There are many places with good food, but not many where they make you feel special. Thank u fairouz for make me feel so special, thank u for so much love . I will definitely come back🧿🤍✨ Have u Try kanafe? With turkish coffee or tea? What are you waiting for ?

This is the type of place where you go in at daytime and leave at night time. The staff is so welcoming and kind. The place is so authentic where it represents the Mediterranean culture. Their chicken halloumi sandwich is so delicious would definitely recommend that. Enjoyable experience overall would definitely go back!!

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy some delicious Mediterranean food and a relaxing hookah experience, look no further than Fairouz Mediterranean Grill. I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food and the atmosphere. First of all, the hookah was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect flavor to complement my meal. The smoke was smooth and flavorful, and the hookah itself was well-maintained and clean. As for the food, I was impressed by the variety of options on the menu. From classic hummus and falafel to more unique dishes like lamb chops and chicken tawook, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the arayes, which was juicy and flavorful, and the tabbouleh salad, which was fresh and bright. The service was also top-notch. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly and was presented beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend Fairouz Mediterranean Grill for anyone looking for a great hookah and Mediterranean food experience. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch, and I can't wait to go back!

I eat out a lot and this is the best Mediterranean food I've ever eaten. The food is packed with flavor and the environment of the place is beautiful. Customer service was also outstanding. Our server Sam was super friendly as well. I'm set on getting catering done from them for bigger events. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food, incredible vibes, and amazing service.
