I live on the East Coast, so whenever I have the opportunity to visit a Jack in the Box, I try to take it. This location happened to be a short walk from the hotel I was staying in in Houston. The menu has changed much since Jack in the Box had a presence on the East Coast. But the burgers were terrific, and I still love those tacos.

One of the few fast food places located near the airports. Fast service, food is what you'd expect, but the location is next to a hotel and is fairly easy to get to. Would definitely stop here again if I need a quick bite and I'm staying here or passing through the area.

Ate there yesterday for breakfast and I got the croissant sandwich with sausage and it was pretty delicious. The hashbrowns are OK. The only thing I would improve is the coffee.

Outside of the long wait time, the food was fresh and made-to-order. If you're in a rush, this particular fast food location might not be ideal. However, if you do have the time to wait, it's worth it. The drive-thru staff could be a little bit more friendly, too. Service with a smile never hurts!

My spicy chicken sandwich was missing the cheese and my egg rolls were still cold inside. I know things like this do happen. I'm not upset just popped in the microwave and enjoyed.

Worst place ever! The soft drink machine was out of Everything! I wondered why everyone was taking so long to get their drinks. It was because every option you picked besides water and and a few diet options were "unavailable ". I finally selected Diet Strawberry and it was horrible. Poured it out, got sweet tea. It was old and not drinkable. So got nothing. The place was not clean, all tables were dirty and all trash cans were overflowing. The food took 20 minutes to come. Even an employee came around to get a soft drink and after figuring out what all of us already knew, she went next door to get her a drink.

It's horrible!!! The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for hours! All their drinks were out of syrup! The tacos were not good!!!!! Will never stop here again!!!!

My wallet was stolen by the night shift leader Laquisha on June 29, 2017. Instead of taken in the $250 of cash and returning my wallet she decided to go on a shopping trip with my Credit Cards June 30, 2017 to Victoria Secret, Metro Pc, Children's Place. Management has done NOTHING. They have cameras but will not return my phone calls. I know this because she returned to work bragging about what she did with my CC. Now I have to replace my Driver's license, Pass Port Card, Service Dog ID, Veteran Health Care ID, Inactive Reserve ID on top of all of my Credit Cards. She has done serious damage to someone's life but Jack in the Box has done nothing.
