I had an amazing experience here. It was my first time coming and I’ll definitely be returning. The chocolate selection, along with the staff and owners are very welcoming. They were very informative about each chocolate. The taste itself is one of a kind. Definitely would not have known Venezuelan chocolates tasted this great but they have undoubtably become one of my favorite types of chocolates. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a unique assortment of chocolates for any occasion!

Delicious chocolates and macaroons, they have a variety of different chocolates and vegan options. The person that assisted us was very knowledgeable and gave us a bunch of ways we could pair the chocolates. I would definitely go back again.

I ordered a gift from Araya through their website for family who is in Houston. I used the chat option through their website to confirm the shipping times as they say on their website they take extra steps to ensure freshness and quality. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, because I zoned out and didn't update the shipping address before confirming my order. Because they had a person working the chat I was able to get the delivery address corrected without having to cancel my order and place a new one. Most of the chat options on websites I have encountered have a bot that isn't very helpful. They get extra kudos from me for being a small shop making extra steps to ensure quality product and quality service.

Loved that everyone was so friendly and helpful. The chocolate was amazing. I got to sample a few different flavors. I ended up buying 3 small boxes for gifts. Great price for good quality chocolate.

This was our first time visiting. We were greeted with a smile from Rose, she was so sweet and kind. The chocolate was delicious 😋 Everything taste freshly made. We’ll definitely come back! I didn’t get a picture of the 12 count piece that my wife got.

We are out of state and were looking for a birthday gift for a family member in Houston when we stumbled across Araya Artisan Chocolate. We first checked out their website but were concerned with wether the gift would be delivered on the actual day of the birthday so we decided to call. The customer service was amazing and they arranged to have our delivery made on the day we requested. They were able to accommodate an allergy request as well as provided a birthday note on the chocolate for us. The chocolate arrived on time, as described and the recipient was very happy with the assortment of chocolates! We would highly recommend Araya and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Amazing! Delicious and tasty chocolates. I had been scrolling thru their website for days since my favorite chocolate store got shut down and boy am I glad I finally decided to go in. From the presentation to the taste everything was incredible. A variety of tasty flavors, so if a bit overwhelmed feel free to ask the lady behind the counter for assistance. She was more than knowledgeable on the chocolate and knew how to pair different chocolates to different taste profiles. The Venezuelan 70% is a must try. A rich dark heavenly nugget 😍. Coconut, strawberry and acai are my favorite so far. Will be back to taste all the other flavors 😋

Wow, wow, wow! The chocolate is absolutely delectable. Venezuelan chocolate. Many different types of flavors. Truffles, chocolate with nuts, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, macaroons.

Always such a treat! Each chocolate is an edible gem. The flavor combinations are wonderfully rounded, and often surprising. We must bring home two of everything since we cannot bear to only let the other try any flavor!

The chocolates are so beautiful and scrumptious in this gourmet chocolate shop! I was so impressed with each unique color and shape that was displayed! A true work of art!

Carla is a master at her craft! We ordered more than 200 chocolate truffles with a marbleized effect to match my client's granite business, and not a single one was left. I was able to sneak a few away and can definitely tell you, every unique flavor is worth trying and indulging in!

She is born in 1977 in Germany, and her Dad had to leave the country short after that. We know that he used to live in Connecticut and after that in New York City. He has an uncle in Boston, but we also know that he has cousins in New York City lower Manhattan area somehow connectet to a bar that caters to African and Ethiopians. Just went there for the first with a Groupon and can't wait to go back! I've only tried one of the chocolates that I got (chipotle) so far and its superb! Very rich and not too sweet with a nice bite at the end. I can't wait to try the other flavors! The lady who helped me at the West Gray location was an absolute doll!
