Every time we go thr staff is friendly and helpful. The drinks are yummy and the bubble waffles are delicious 😋 I love and recommend their taro tea, tapioca, and Vietnamese coffee too! There are games if you plan to sit inside as well!

Always has seasonal drinks! Never run out of Boba. Isn't too busy and they have many options. Getting to this location is kind of a drag due to the intersection, but the tea is worth it! The tea in my pic is the strawberry yogurt green tea with lychee jelly!

The people here are super sweet. But this is definitely an amazing tea shop. You can adjust your sweetness level. And the food is amazing I never heard of a bubble waffle but now I want another!!
Excellent food and beverages! They have a very large selection of drinks to choose from. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I love the atmosphere/decorations they use. They have games on hand to play as well if you like to hang out with friends. I visit frequently and highly recommend going
I found this place by accident and boy am I glad I did. I had never had a milk tea before and the staff was super helpful in me figuring out what I wanted. They have a wide selection and you are able to customize your tea to your liking.

I got the Frankenstein today (a pandan taro milk tea) from their Halloween themed drinks and its really tasty with a cute design!
