I love my job been with jack since 2005
I visited this location back on 9/1. My receipt is time stamped at 10:38:24 AM. I was asked in the drive-thru to come inside because there was a problem with the drive-thru register. Okay, no problem so I park and go inside. I hadn't been inside this location in years (maybe since high school). And that's been many moons ago.
Although, the restaurant was clean inside, I noticed a stale odor. This is my reason for the 2🌟🌟 for atmosphere. I wouldn't want to dine in with that stale smell. It was pretty pungent so they might want to get to the root of where it's coming from, and fix it.
But, on a good note the cashier was friendly and courteous. My food was made to order, making it hot, fresh, and delicious. This is usually my go-to location when I'm in the mood for Jack in the Box.
Very happy with my meal and management is amazing.
We’ve been coming to this Jack in the Box all baseball season. When the Astros get 3 or more runs in any game you get a jumbo Jack for free with a purchase of a large drink. The manager is very sweet. She knows us and our order by heart. This by far the best one I’ve ever been to. Even after the season is done I’ll still be coming here.
Good for Jack in the box. The tacos were freshly made. The cashier was polite and pleasant.
Dining area was closed at 8:55pm and door dining room schedule said at 10PM.
My favorite place for lunch and breakfast. Wonderful prices.
New management and new staff, have earned the five stars. Used to not even be 24hrs, they would close early and open late, well after 7am. Doesn't seem to be the case anymore

Michelle helped me with a large order that I had placed. Before she sent the order out, she went through each item line by line to make sure there were no mistakes. After giving me the total, she informed me if I put the items under the combo option I could save some money. In times of inflation any little bit helps, and Michelle's customer service was one that I haven't seen in a long time. That showed to she cares more for helping Others more than just going through her day and collect her paycheck. The service industry could take a course in learning from her character as a wonderful person.

This location has gotten better than it was before. There are actual people working the drive through now and you don't have to worry about it being closed randomly .
