Never been to a Firehouse Subs but got a gift card for a free sandwich so went to check out this location. It was very clean, very well run, nice/professional staff and the food was good. I would definitely visit this location again.

We love Firehouse. The employees are always friendly and the food is good too.
We normally get the hook and ladder as well as the spicy meatball. Every time we have been they’ve been tasty.

Really friendly and helpful employees, good food, and good prices. I waited a little long then I might in any other drive thru (they have a drive thru and it was a short wait), but worth it for such a great sandwich! You get your money's worth of food, and very tasty. Plus part of the money goes to first responders. How can you not give this place a try?! You won't be sorry if you do.

Ordered in advance on the app. There was apparently a large take-out order being worked when I came in. Staff noticed I was sitting and waiting near the pick-up area and came over to confirm then made sure my order got worked in. I've been a fan of the New York Steamer since discovering Firehouse. If you haven't tried it, you should!

Okay, so I used to work at this store on Spring Cypress. The food is great, yes, but I’ve been with the Firehouse Subs company for 5 years at a different location and we went by high standards as far as customer service, cleanliness, and rules for making each sandwich perfectly. �That being said...I only worked at this location for about a month or two for one reason and ONE REASON ONLY. The store is disgusting!!!! �The people are great, don’t get me wrong. The crew is very nice and wonderful, which is weird bc their customer service is not the best. �But this store is not cleaned well by any means. The lobby is always in horrible shape, their floors and grout behind the line are caked with years of dropped food, they don’t wipe off their utensils after making each sandwich causing cross-contamination, their make tables with refrigerated food are open to the air the ENTIRE shift causing unhealthy temperatures in food, they don’t clean their counters off between each sandwich also resulting in cross-contamination, and the worst about it...no one really seems to care. � I really hope this review gets seen by someone in management and by customers so these issues can be addressed. I am only writing this to raise the awareness of the nasty-ness that is this restaurant, and I hope things change in this location. �

The customer service is horrible!!!!! I went to the drive-thru. There were only two cars in front of me and it still took 10 minutes before it was my turn to order, and another 8 minutes to get to the window. After the girl took my money, she informed me that I needed to pull to the front and wait for my order. a Different girl brought my sandwich out after another 10 minutes, and she just stood there. Finally she informed me that she wanted a tip for bringing my food out in the cold. She held my sandwich hostage until I tipped her for the worst service!!! I gave her a quarter and she demanded $2. I refused, and she finally released my now cold sandwich. And I drove off. Never going there again!!!!!
