This place makes the best boba drinks ever! You can choose anything from smoothies, to teas, etc. Many different options are available. They also have other additives such as lychee and many others. Food items are also available here. Multi purpose place. Looks like a cool hangout for friends.

Amazing drinks such as their Thai milk tea!!! Was perfect balance of sweetness and their popcorn chicken is such a great snack to munch on. Came here before leaving for a trip in the morning and luckily it wasn’t too busy so everything came out quickly

I always go there to study and to relax. The food is good I just wish they would bring back their sandwiches. The atmosphere is relaxing and the people and employees are nice and friendly. Please bring back the sandwiches..😁

I have been going to this Kimtea House located on Bellaire since 2009. The boba is consistently yummy. They are soaked in honey and I can tell they are made from real tapioca starch (not rubber, leather or old tires from China).
The staffs are sweet and nice. I am very particular with my drinks, and I am pleased with their services.
My go to drink is the Icecream coffee. I like it without sugar, half cream, added small and large tapioca, and mixed coffee jelly. It's a pick-me-up and make-me-happy kind of drink/dessert.
The vibe and energy of this place is good for young adults and family hangout.
They also offer a variety of finger food and bánh mì.
I used to sit there all day to study. The wifi pw is frequently changed though, which is not that fun.

HOT OR COLD THIS IS THE TEA HOUSE TO GO TO!! Been coming here for several years and have always been happy with the service, the beverages, and the sandwiches and snacks. Everything is fresh made. Pleasant contemporary good beat music plays in the background while you enjoy your boba tea, or no boba drink and snacks. Plenty of comfy seating so you can socialize, hangout, study, or just chill. worth the regular visit.

I've always loved Kim's teahouse. Great environment. Great food. And their winter Mellon milk tea is bar none (as is their popcorn chicken).

Kim's tea place sure has the wow factor with over 30 different tea, juice and drink combination. I recommend the spicy chicken with ranch source.

I think this place is a gem! The vibe inside is phenomenal. Love the way they have the place decorated. Not sure what to call the theme, but it gives a mystical type of vibe.

We as a Family drink a lot of Tapioca or Boba in Houston. So far as a Family, we unanimously voted Kim Teahouse as the best. We also love their Popcorn chicken. It is a very tasty snack. Definitely recommend this place if you are from out of town. They also have TV and free WiFi.

Can't go wrong here. Oreo Boba is my go to. Also the spicy chicken is amazing and just right on the spice. It can get packed so during peak hours I tend to always order ahead so I don't get caught in line. They have many options so sometimes takes a bit for customers to even wrap their heads around and place their order. But it seems to also be a spot people come to have their Boba and study or socialize. Small space.
