The layout is really different in here, relative to most McD’s, and I kind of love it. The staff were surly and unhelpful, and there is no fountain for refills/water/ice in the dining area (only behind the counter).
Even so, the huge kid’s play place is separate from the main building, which I would love if I were a kid or a predator, but which I could see parents not being thrilled about. There’s even fenced-in outdoor seating, and the little pods or groups of tables are all a bit sequestered from one another, which I also like.
The vibe is nice, despite the staff.

Sometimes come here for a drink when I'm in the TMC area. Usually a Hazelnut iced coffee. And it's usually quiet and cool inside to sit in. About 4 weeks ago.

I recently moved to the med center of Houston and had a Mcdoanlds closest to my apartment and I always go to this Mcdoanlds that’s a farther drive because its service is best and fast paced. When it’s a bit busy they’re a bit slower of course but this quality is best Mcdoanlds in the med center

A fairly new mcdonald's with a brand new indoor playground for the kiddies. The playground was very clean and well maintained. With regards to food they had the standard fare. Their coffee is always good value and tastes good plus their mango pineapple smoothie is really good! Staff were cheerful and helpful plus service fast

The food was good but while we were eating the police came in to escort a homeless lady from the building. I know it's downtown Houston and all but just wasn't something I enjoyed seeing while eating lol

Driving to Bunker Hill for cat sitting. The restaurant on chimney Rock provided me a lovely lunch everyday for two weeks. I always had a quarter pounder with cheese 😁 only through the drive-thru

A little communication problem ordering food. I better tell them very detail what i want next time. Don't ask for a combo meal. You wouldn't get exactly what you define as a combo. Allots homeless inside the restaurant.

This golden arches restaurant was good. I went during lunch hour & the drive through was extremely packed and yet the the crew that was working managed to keep it all moving. I did order inside which was quite pleasant. Very people ordering inside. The cashier was friendly quick and got my order right which for me is a big deal. Anyways overall good experience.

Well first of all let's be up front. I go here to wait on my niece everytime she has an doctor appointment and the employees here don't mind if i just sit in there. Sometimes i eat if not just coffee and a cookie. Their great even handling a customer that gets all angry for waiting on food and make a big scene all that they can freaking wait and yes they barely switch over from breakfast time to lunch. I have to handle it to them the why they handle it..calmly

hello McDonalds, today I visited your horribly disgusting restaurant in an attempt to eat lunch with my son who had a lovely experience in a restroom with no privacy (aka security) and no toilet paper or paper towels ( what do the employees do? I saw 2 male employees leave the restroom, did they wash up?) We promptly left and had a WONDERFUL lunch at Whataburger right next door. Thank you for reinforcing to my son the lesson I have been trying to teach him- McDonald's is gross!
