James Coney Island - Houston - Photo album

If you just seen any of the Sonic the Hedgehog movies and want to try a chili dog, the 6 million dollar hotdog still holds it's name. This location has really nice and friendly staff and quality of the food is made safe and really goodđź‘Ť. Will be back for milkshakes and hot dogs. Which they do have
JCI has always had a piece of my heart. It's definitely one of my favorite past times with my grandfather! Photos are from clay rd location that has since closed.
The food was very good! When was the last time you got food that actually looked like the pictures on the menu?! The chocolate shake was especially good, as were the onion rings and garlic parm fries!
I really love the onion rings here and they old fashion homeade tasting. The burgers are very good. The hot dogs I'm not crazy about but I don't like hot dogs that much.
The food is always fresh and consistent. I noticed the buns are now the yellow bread that so many restaurants are using. I hate that bread. It tastes like the foam from an 82 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Station Wagon. I will inquire about the option to get white or wheat. Even naan. What ever I can ge
Everything was hot and fresh!! Great customer service experience!!! First time trying it and it exceeded my exceptions!! I’ll definitely be back!!! Fun atmosphere and very much so kid friendly!!
My little brother works here, girls make him nervous, and he needs the attention. His name is Nathan. He does a good job at work tho! Eight days a week!
We had a great experience. Staff was friendly and restaurant was very clean. We ordered the sliders (family fav) corn dog kids meal, gormet chili cheese hotdog with chili cheese tots and they had dollar dogs today so we got 4 with chili and cheese.
Best Hot Dogs in Houston. I tried the Empire Dog this time. NY style dog with spicy mustard, sauerkraut, and sauteed onions.
It's been years since I ate here and I was surprised by the larger selection of food. Stuck with the original and wasn't disappointed. Everything was hot, fries were fresh but I felt the portion was small for the large I ordered. Definitely like eating off of real plates. Great customer service, rec
Very friendly staff. Nice clean bathrooms. Professional, courteous and fast, but very good. A good variety of selections, not just hot dogs anymore, even though theirs are very good, they do have a lot of other good choices. I would and do recommend them to my friends. The one down at I-45 and FM196
My wife and I had been craving a original Chilli dog with all the fixings on it. We both ordered two with a side of tatter tots. We were not disappointed with the taste or service at this location. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later.
I haven't been to a JCI since the 90s, as they no longer exist in south central Texas. But since coming back to Houston, I kept telling my son about this restaurant, and we finally found a day where we could actually make it to one. And he is now on love with this and also wishes it existed where he
