Service is good the store is clean but they lose a star for the OVERWHELMING smell of some cleaning product in the store. It instantly gave me a headache it is soooooooo strong!!! It doesn’t smell clean guys it smells like there’s chemicals open somewhere.

The employees were incredibly pleasant and energetic as soon as I walked into the business! They took their time making my order and executed it promptly. They were fantastic when I arrived today! The festive make-up and teamwork are two of my favorite elements of my experience. Thank you also to the cashier for demonstrating how to sign up for incentives! You did an outstanding job!

This place is the best Bahama Bucks I’ve ever been too. When I first moved to Texas I came to this location and fell in love. I thought all the locations were the same like going to a Panera bread but I was wrong he other ones have disappointed me except this one. Now I drive on the other side of town for how Bahama Buck should taste like. Other locations take notes because this one right here will keep yalls business coming if you get notes from them. Definitely never going to any other Bahama Bucks ever!!! This location will forever have my heart! 😩😍😍

There was only 1 person working and it took far too long to even take our order let alone make it. The poor girl was trying her very best to accommodate everyone but she is only 1 person. This little cation has had issues with being understaffed before but I have never seen it this bad.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It should not take over 50 minutes to get one sno cone from the drive thru. Absolutely awful service. I did finally receive an apology about the wait and a certificate for a free sno cone for the next visit. However, I don't recommend this place at all. Not worth it.

Drinks are great but every time we ordered two things,one drink will come out right away but the 2nd drink always comes out 15 to 20 minutes later.Its frustrating to know that by the time my wife gets her drink I already finished mine!Its a good place to hangout but Having to wait 20 minutes for a drink is ridiculous.

1. The place was very messy. None of the tables were clean and there were used napkins and toothpick umbrellas on tables and the floor. There were only three kids working. I placed my order for three items and I only received two. After 25 mins I asked for my money back. Apparently the smoothie station that prints out orders wasn't working, but the girl had just taken my order and there wasn't a line when I got there so I'm not sure why my order wasn't full field. Anyway, I could tell the three kids working were very overwhelmed about the amount of people that came in after. One by one they would go to the back which I didn't understand since they had customers inside and in the drive thru. While I was receiving my refund a fourth employee came from the back... Not sure if it was a manager or not but someone needs to be managing that place bc it's a mess.
