First time here and was a great experience. You start with an envelope to fill how you want your burrito. Nice crew and fast service. Clean place and also have outside tables. Food was great and the burritos are huge. Prices similar as other food chains. Worth to come. Will come back.
Good tasting food served up fast. Very large burritos. Facility appeared clean and orderly. Staff friendly. As little pricey.
The food is amazing, but the customer service isn't. Everyone looked so unhappy to be there.

I am not embarrassed to admit that I shed a few tears when the Voss location closed after quarantine last year. My whole family had memories there. It was my go-to place for work lunch break and our work bought us food from there for Christmas as a treat every year. I was on a first name basis with the manager who was so kind, as well as her staff. *sigh* But then I found that the Briar Forest location is still open. After an upsetting morning at the doctor and the auto mechanic (maybe better not to go to both in one day- depressing), I decided to have lunch at good 'ole Bullritos. The delicious bowl of food, prepared by (new to me) friendly people, and the sunny patio on a lovely day just made this weary traveler feel like things weren't half so bad after all.
I just moved to Houston and I've tried a few places close by but this Bullritos was BY FAR my favorite restaurant! The food was hot and fresh, big portions, and nice and friendly staff. I definitely will be there tonight for Taco Tuesday!
I've got nothing but love for Bullritos for they are my preferred place amongst the three big burrito chains in Houston. The only thing I will say is this particular location always seems to have trouble processing online orders. Several times now I order online and when I get there to pick it up, they start the mad scramble to figure out what I ordered. You end up having to wait this defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.
In conclusion, great place! Just save yourself a step and order inside at the counter. Lol
This place is great. I used to come here all the time and then moved away. Today I was in the area and decided to stop by for a bite and for their margaritas. I was greeted with the same warmth from before. The managers and owner are always kind. Wish I didn’t move because of the loss of this place. Good food, good drinks.
Food is good and staff is super friendly. You tend to have to wait much longer than would be expected for your food even when it's slow and there tends to be something forgotten or messed up (no cilantro, red salsa instead of pico, etc.) but overall it's a fair place for lunch.
The food here is amazing. The staff is friendly. Some of the best burritos I've had. The food is always fresh and made to order and it always come out amazing. I love coming here with friends to hang out and have a quick bite.
Unannounced, we came with a group of 10 year old boys for a post-park-party lunch. Not only did GM Eric Gutierrez accommodate us and serve great food, he offered and then changed to our requested satellite radio station for better ambiance. Great job exceeding our expectations!!!
