First time here, & before anything, let me tell you to bring a sweater or jacket it is cold in here. Food here is spectacular š very tasty, and very enjoyable. Good amount of portions for what toy pay for. Drinks are superb visually appealing, and kick a punch š š service is on point attentive, respectful, & quick to see if there is an empty cup or plate. The service was really good and the food was delicious. I had the Chile Relleno with beef and cheese with the green rice and charro beans. Sooo good. The kids enjoyed their meals as well but next time, I'll be sure to order an adult meal for the 11yo because he had two kids meals. It seems like the walls echoed everyone's conversation so it was quite loud inside.

Ordered the cheese enchiladas and requested Chile con queso on top instead of red salsa and they said no problem. Everything was really good and definitely Tex mex style. Someone else had the burrito with pork and said the flavor was good but needed more spice.

At first, I didnāt like how high the prices were, and how dark it was on inside. After all, Tex-Mex joints are a dime a dozen around here. However, the food was excellent. Large portions, and the staff is super attentive and friendly, they never let my unsweetened iced tea go below half. Itās also pretty cool that you get to mix your own guacamole. The green rice is legendary. I had the crab and bacon quesadillas- it was tasty and fresh.

Wow, this place is VERY, VERY good!! We were driving home discussing grabbing lunch and just seen it, pulled into the parking lot and my wife looked it up. It had good reviews so we said let's give it a try!! So glad we did! I had the lunch fajitas which were tender and flavorful and my wife had the lunch plate with flauta, tamale, enchilada beans and rice. It was all good. The rice is a cilantro rice that we have never had, it too was good. Oh and I forgot the salsa and green sauce, again, AMAZING flavor. The service was great. Our waiter had a table of 5, table of 3 a table of 10 or 12 and us. Never missed a beat. This is definitely a go to spot!!

Had the pleasure of eating here thanks to my sister who recommended the salmon fajitas. The flavors were everything + the staff was nice and attentive! Will definitely be back next time I'm in Houston!

Everything was great except the table next to us had kids and the parents let them run around the restaurant instead of sitting in their seats. The fajitas and the shrimp with jalapeƱos and bacon wrapped around them were delicious.

The restaurant has an attractive entrance with an inviting bar. Like the politeness and service of employees. Quite a variety of plates. Great fresh chips and hot sauce in a relaxing atmosphere.

We went to El Tiempo Cantina on 290 for an early dinner on Monday Oct 3, 2022. There was no line and we were seated promptly. They took our drink order and brought us fresh chips and salsa and that green stuff which is super delicious. I prefer it over the salsa. While enjoying that they took our order (brisket enchiladas for him and 2 small fajita tacos for me) we both had charro beans and that rice. Listen the food was AMAZING, but that rice is what really surprised me! It had bits of pork in it and was very flavorful, but not so overpowering that it distracted from the tacos. The charro beans were really good as well. My only suggestion for this restaurant would be to offer sweet tea because it is hard to sweeten cold tea with ice chunks in it.
Over all this is a solid restaurant to go to with good service and good food. TOTALLY would recommend!

I went ahead and got a half order of beef quesadillas and oh my God they were delicious. My wife decided to get the Tres Leches cake and could not believe it. It's literally the best I have ever had in my life. Trust me on this!!

This place has a good vibe, is slightly romantic, great woodwork/design.
Flour Tortillas are superb, its a bit pricey but that's all made up due to the food and service. We are from Georgetown, Tx.
Ps. they have a bar for you alcoholics, lol.

This place is awesome for breakfast. My wife got cafe and they also serve mini mexican sweet bread with it. Breakfast Tacos are just $4.99!!!! Server 135 was awesome attending us for that morning. I would recommend this place. Dont forget and share.

The food was fantastic. A bit more expensive than other places that are similar,but quality counts. We're taken care of well during meal keeping drinks full. Quiet and great place to eat and have a conversation.

First time at this location. Nice ambiance, and nice interior decoration. I like music and food. I recommend the soft taco with ground meat. The cilantro rice and refried beans soft the way I like it.
