I had a horrible experience at Cypress North Houston and North Eldridge Subway. I decided to try this location on Huffmeister. I had a $5.99 coupon and ask for the All-American sub. They made me the sandwich and put it into the machine, we scan the coupon, and the price was $5.99 plus tax. The Other Place told me I could not get the sandwich for $5.99. Now I'm really convinced that the sub on North Eldridge at Cypress North Houston is really a rip-off !!! You will get much better service at the Subway on Huffmeister(located at 11047 Huffmeister)
The poor guy working was overwhelmed, understocked and too young to use the deli slicer. I ordered online and expected to run in and grab my order quickly as the app said it was ready. Instead I'm told they're out of many ingredients including flatbread and the volume of online orders was insane because they wouldn't get to mine for ~2hrs. I just took a refund.
Staff polite, service great, now they were out of some things but that's on the management or supplier. The food was exactly what I needed,flavor was excellent
Excellent customer service
This place has a comfortable environment. The workers are doing their best to help with the customers quick and with ease. Advisable to avoid the nighttime because there will be only one co-worker and it's the Subway regulation to get out early. So you might want to consider the workload that they have. By all means, this place isn't bad at all, overall-wise.
This is the best subway there is the ladies and the one male that I always see on my 1130 break have incredible customer service
Sarah at this location is a great server. She informed me of several new changes to the subway menu, offered ways to save money with the different subway promotions and was friendly and courteous. Best subway experience ever!!!
