This was my first time visiting this place. I was looking for another store and passed by the popcorn sign. I ended up going back to visit. The young man was extremely helpful and polite. He allowed me to sample several flavors of popcorn and explained them very well. I also ended up getting a small snow cone. There are so many, many different flavor combinations for snow cones and the popcorn. This is a great place for sweet treat. They also have gift options and party favors as well.

Refused to let me sample just one piece of Piña Colada popcorn. Had they let me sample, I probably would've bought a bag and become a repeat customer. Instead, I probably won't go there any more at all. So, over one piece of popcorn they threw away a significant amount of potential business. Classic example of stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. Very short-sighted.

Love this place, they have delicious snow cones with a wide variety of flavors. However, it can be a long wait even if there aren’t many people in line. I think they should invest in a second ice machine.

The Popcorn Hut created the favors for our daughter's wedding. Jamie was incredible - giving us options for decorating the bags and then applying custom stickers, ribbon, and tulle to each bag. Our guests loved the gourmet popcorn. Highly recommend SnoBall/Popcorn Hut for events.

This is the best snack shack ever made. I gave this place 5 stars because the workers know what they are doing, they have so many different flavors and textures of popcorn, and the snow ones are better than a root beer float inside of an ice cream sundae inside of a cheesecake! In fact, they actually have all of those flavors! So that is why they are a 5 star snacking facility!

Friendly staff and the popcorn and the snow cone � are to die for! I live in Lake Jackson Texas but I promise I will be back with my whole family!�

Our first experience at the Snoball BUT was great. The women who helped us was very patient while I decided which flavor I wanted out of the many. My oldest had Dragons Blood and I shared a Cookie Monster with my youngest. I thought the prices were very reasonable. It was worth the extra drive and we will definitely come back.

The overall experience was just bad. It took a total of 30 mins just to get two bags of popcorn, that was not fresh. Having only two people working, is very poor thought out by management. It took the girl about three minutes just to ring me up, because she didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. They were so busy being just the two of them, that they couldn’t even answer the phone. People would walk in and turn right back around. Not a place I will ever go back, nor recommend.

Now for the miss, I ���������������������������������������������������� Shaved Ice that is shaved perfectly like soft cottony snow that is dry... I go for shaved ice everyday, so I am a self proclaimed ice expert... I was crunchy and watery.
I will be back for more popcorn when near the area...

Place is really good and has potential. Only problem is the service really really sucks. They need more than just two people in there making snow cones and building popcorn bags baskets. People walked out including me because of the wait time. Losing business isn't worth it. Hire more people!

I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana. Where they have the best snowballs in certain places. When I move to Texas I hated the fact I couldn't get a real snowball. Until I was introduce to Snowball Hut. Omg me and my children love this place. The ice is very soft and the snowball have lots of juice. The place is very clean. Yes I love this place. I give them a rating of a 10 star not 5. I'm thinking about going get one now just from talking about it. Lol
