Good place to get an oversized burrito. The staff did well and were prompt. Easy to go in, order, pay, and leave or stay. Great place to hang out and enjoy with friends.

one of the best Chipotles I have been to. The 2 ladies at the front who were working there did a great job. I think one of their names was Bobbie. Great job Chipotle

One of Chipotle's newer locations, it's clean with a lot of light and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is friendly and good at their jobs. Reminds me of the location my son and I used to go to every week and is my new favorite. Prices have stayed pretty steady over the years; it's still a good value for the money and reasonably healthy.

Glad this location is up! We needed it on this side of Houston! We went in and the the store was about to close in 30 mins (didn't mean to do that sorry!) Clean place you would think end of day the place would be messy, NOPE. Very clean and yes they were getting ready they still had food there and it was still fresh and good. Dallas and Valerie were incredible. I was being difficult and they were both patient and very nice. Great atmosphere and vibe. Tysm guys! Got a Veggie Bowl, chips w cheese and two tacos! Delicious!! Will be back asap!

Hopefully, this is the correct Chipotle on 1960 and Eldridge. This location has the best overall food and service by far for its company. They listen to the requests of the customers and tries to ensure the the food stays fresh, hot, and ready. They greet the customers as they enter the building and keep the lobby decently clean. So, customers can sit and eat. I visited the Chipotle on 249 and 2920 and IT WAS SO HORRIBLE OVERALL... I WOULD NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN! I would drive all the way across town to the 1960W and Eldrige location just to ensure that my food is fresh and I get the service I deserve from spending my hard earned money.

This was our first visit to this location. When we entered the restaurant the members in my party immediately noticed dirty tables. We there for about an hour and a half and I didn’t notice anyone cleaning the tables. Our food was great. Hot foods were hot. Cold foods were cold. The employees were moderately friendly. We would give them another try.
