Jimee's Bbq - Houston - Photo album

Omg! This place is what TEXAS BBQ is about! I had the 3 meat plate. I struggled to hold the rib for a picture because they were literally fall off the bone tender!! My friend and I both enjoyed the brisket and sausage too! The beans are amazing... something between baked beans and chili beans. Jimm
I have to give a shout out and props to Jimee's Bar-b-q. If you are near the Houston Airport and need lunch, the place is right there. You would not have a better barbecue meal than what you would find at Jimee's. Guarantee. You can easily see how Jimmy has won several cook-outs with his work.
What a cool place 10 minutes from the terminals at IAH. This is down home East Texas style BBQ. She prepares all the sides on site. He smokes all meats right here. They were a BBQ cook-off team prior to opening this spot 16 years ago in 2002. They are delightful and entertaining couple. If you're l
Best sweet tea in Texas! Great, meaty ribs, and tender brisket! Friendly owner came out to talk to us while we ate.
This was the best Texas bbq experience ever. Jimee guided me through this by suggesting the 3 meats: brisket, sausage and ribs. I had macaroni & beans as sides. You can just tell that everything is made with love. He is genuinely interested in his visitors and likes to talk and get to know you. I ca
Amazing BBQ place. Jimee and his wife are extremely kind and dedicated to serving the best BBQ in the area.
I've been here a few times and their food is always top notch and on point. I've eaten lots of BBQ from a lot of places around Houston, around Texas, and around the country and in all honesty, Jimee's hands down is amazing! You can sum it up like this: Simple, delicious, tender, homemade, old scho
First time visit today after years of driving by. BBQ sliced beef was awesome and plentiful. I got there about 130pm and cole slaw was gone so I just had beans which were great as well. Jimmy and Mary treat you as family and it was fun to hear some stories. Nice couple with a wealth of BBQ knowled
when I went there the first time, I was surprised there was no barbecue sauce. everything looked too simple at the beginning. But when I tasted Jimee's Brisket I immediately fell in love with their grilling. Jimmy is a very nice guy. He and his wife run this barbecue and I will go there anytime I
Great little place, nothing fancy. Open for lunch and closes when they ran out of food around 2-3pm
Jimee’s BBQ was fantastic! The ribs fell off the bone and the sauce wasn’t overpowering. The owners are lovely and talked with us during our visit about where we’re from/going and the amazing BBQ they make! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.
Texas BBQ is the number 1 reason to live in Texas. The brisket here is better than most Texas BBQ. The sauce is more east coast than Texas style. It is okay but not as good as some of the thick sugary spice rich sauces you can get. They do have other sauces I haven't tried so there might be somethin
Came here during a 4 and a half hour layover. First time I've ever been happy to have a 4 and a half hour layover. Food was delicious, and the owners were warm and and friendly, just a joy to chat with. Would love to come back for some more sweet tea and hickory smoked BBQ. 6 out of 5 stars.
Since this is my only option of food around where I work, the food was great! I got a meal deal for $9.20 and paid with a $20. He gave me $11 back and told me to forget about the 80¢ so things were already at a good start. Food filled me up, chopped brisket sandwhich with chips and a 12oz can soda
Went there for a work lunch with some out of town folks. Jimee and his wife were great. They found out one of the guys was from Kansas City and stayed on him about how Texas BBQ is better. Great lunch break, good food.
Jimee's BBQ is a well-kept secret. Mr. Jimee is a JOY to converse with and serves up service with a smile. The prices are affordable, with hefty portion sizes. The food is expertly flavored...and the brisket (with a little fat) is to DIE for! Jimee's BBQ is my new go-to spot for my BBQ needs!
Great place if you have a layover at IAH. Really enjoyable homemade barbeque experience. We had a chopped brisket sandwich and a sliced brisket sandwich and both were delicious, nicely smokey and sauced. Loved the stories from Jimee and his wife, really friendly people who clearly have large hea
Terrific brisket and great value. Off the beaten track, about 10 mins. away from the airport (IAH), but well worth the drive. Friendly owners, have been in the business for over 17 years. Check business hours before you go.
