Calliope's - Houston - Photo album

If you want a true New Orleans Poboy coke here! They never disappoint. Poboys always hot, bread is always fresh. Love this place. This time I got a surf and turf (shrimp and roast beef) perfection!!
Was driving while shopping decided to take gamble. Glad I did. I got a few things. All was very good. Red beans and rice needed more juice, was still great. The guy that took my order was dope!!
My partner brings me the suicide shrimp box whenever I visit Houston and it never disappoints. I miss it everytime I'm back home in Canada!
They are very attentive and clean area throughout the place and outside. Food was amazing taste great and packaged to go neat and clean. Price is perfect for lunch specials and more.
Shrimp pool was delicious. The cheese crawfish rolls were not my favorite. The crawfish pie was good. The fish was good but could have used a few more minutes. The fried rice was good. Many options to choose from.
Had the 2 piece Catfish with fries. The fish and cajun fries were very delicious and didn't take long after I ordered. Don't agree with the upcharge to add cajun seasoning or to substitute the fries with other sides. Staff was nice and welcoming, they keep the place tidied up after customers.
Couldn’t ask for better. The workers were very helpful, patient, and accommodating. Gave us all the alterations we asked for and even offered a sample of something we were unsure about. The food was fantastic.
First the customer service was amazing I came here long time back I don’t know how it was then but this time the lady in the front helped me out and told me which ones are good. I got the shrimp fried rice but this one was different it came with egg potatoes on the side with flavored shrimp on the t
The fried shrimp poboy was excellent, especially with the remoulade sauce added. The fries were pretty good. The grilled shrimp in the Cajun shrimp salad tasted okay but were definitely overcooked and too firm. The lemon pepper wings had no lemon pepper flavor; they are fried and tasted like the kin
This review is long over due. First off my neighbor told me about this spot a year ago and I kept forgetting to check them out. I'm so glad I told my hubby let's stop by. I ordered a Shrimp Po-boy and he ordered a daiquiri w/fried chicken & steamed/fried rice. I loved my food...that po-boy really hi
Amazing is first word that comes to mind, from the cleanliness of the whole restaurant to the spotless bathrooms. Nestled on the corner of W. Bellfort Ave. & Braes Ridge Dr. But most importantly the Food was to die for, pictured is the loaded gumbo (hands down best I've had) and the grilled catfish
