Stopped in with my daughter from Aggie Land to smash some wings and instantly felt welcomed. The food did take longer than I felt it should be our waitress was amazing. She was a buttercup. She kept us entertained til our meal came. I don't remember her name but she definitely was the cherry on top of a top tier dining experience.

Always come on TUESDAY!!! They have BOGO traditional Bone-in, it’s a great deal if you have a big family! Staffs are nice, but I can see they struggle and the service is slow when it’s peak hours.
Pro-tip: Buy on their apps and go pick it up, save so much time (double check your order before you leave, they usually missing your items)
OR come before 7pm on Tuesday for dine in because after that it’s a wait game!
Oh, their potato wedges is a Must try! and ask for as much ranch as possible!!!

I got to-go and the server was helpful, however the sauce I ordered was mild and I got hot. Pretty difficult to eat as I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy. Overall not a bad experience but it could have been better.

depending on your server is how good your experience will be.. Marcus is great always on top of filling your drinks, bringing food out quickly and correctly. There are 2 other male servers who are great as well.. All work on Tuesday.. Had other servers (females) who were horrible and food took forever when there was hardly anyone there.

Update. If you had a bad experience here before, give them a try again. They have improved, and I have no complaints. Food is great as well as the service. Even on Tuesdays with BOGO deal.

I've been dining here for years, the staff is really nice, efficient and when most of the stores had ended the Tuesday b1g1 deal (for b1g 1/2 off) they kept the deal (now I think most restaurants have it with the app). My review is because recently I had a problem with the website where my Rewards didn't come off and so I paid full price, and the manager M. was super helpful with rectifying the situation. I appreciate her help, and I will continue to patrón this particular restaurant, thank you!

Thanks to Romeo we had a great experience at BWW! My husband and I stopped coming for various reasons but today we decided to take a chance. We were not disappointed. Romeo’s service was amazing. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. We will definitely be back!

The wings and our waitress were perfect but the establishment was a little unclean; our table wasn’t clean enough and had a sticky residue. We also used a high chair which also was extremely sticky. We sat near a wall where there is a dangerous hole or slope in the floor.

Order was for pickup. No curbside pickup option. No one at the register. Not busy at all. Servers lazily called to the kitchen to help me. I thought they were guests by clothing, but the food was ready on time, fresh and packaged well. $$. Would order again. To go only.

Best wings on hw6! Very amazing food and amazing employees! Matt is an amazing contributer to his team. Always there with the drinks of our choices in hand as soon as we walk in (raise needed for sure). Very lovely atmosphere and an amazing place to spend the night out with friends.

If walmart opened a wing place this would be it. They have too much on the menu. The service was fine. Its the franchise. They dont do anything well. Its like great beers and bad fast food. The uniforms , the atmosphere, id rather go to locally owned wing place.

The food is pretty good but the service was terrible. Our waiter barely came to the table and spent most of his time chatting with other workers. The only thing that came out on time was the appetizer. We waited 30 minutes for a beer. We will not be returning to this location.

Minutes for a table of ten, only for a family to come and take our table! We had more people here then that family. They do not ask if you need anything, you have to approach them. Then a few weeks ago I came in and it took 15 minutes to sit down, then 10
Minutes to get a server, then 20 minutes of waiting until I gave up and left. This will be the last time we come to this location. The food maybe good but not the service. They need a new management team because the one here seems to not know how to run their staff the correct way.

What's up with BW3 Buffalo Wild Wings (5805 Highway 6 N, Houston). Last 3 or 4 times there seems service gets worse each time as well as the food. Just went there and waiter came quick to get a drink order but then apparently he got lost. Not sure I will go back to that place
