Service was kinda slow, seeing that I was literally, the only person in the lobby. Or it could have just felt slow because I was rushing to get back on the road to finish my 2 1/2 hour journey back home🤷🏽♀️Also, the food wasn’t super 🔥& fresh, like I like it to be, but it wasn’t 🥶 ☃️❄️either, so it was still able to be enjoyed and ate😋! However, the cashier/manger was nice, and it was clean in the dining area. All in all it was a positive dining experience.

We've only been here on Saturday afternoons. Food is always good. But, i have to say, this is an amazingly clean place. I think it's because they have an elderly gentleman working the floor and he's always cleaning and tidying up, keeping everything stocked up, and he seems to anticipate customer's needs showing up table side exactly when his help is most needed He's got a great game! I hope every level of management appreciates his efforts and compensates him appropriately.

Never experienced service like that in a fast food place. Makes macd's look worse than they do now. An educated human actual person!!! came over to our table and delivered our food quickly, then they came over after we had finished and spoke to us so politely and not the usual macd's grunting noises. When we left they made a point of saying goodbye and have a great trip. Burger was freaking amazing. All 4 stars go the fully customizable and great tasting burger. Fresh veg, great thin but cooked, tasty Patty's, and it did not look disappointing. All 5 overall stars go to burger and service. Negatives: Lose a point as fries were nothing special. Interior was fairly typical fast food but floor was insanely slippery and the decor was 1980's fast food place. Desperately in need of a makeover. but those things did not affect my overall 5 stars. Amazing.

I just ordered a #2 with cheese, mayo and mustard. I do not know how they screw up my burger but it did not have any lettuce, tomatoes, and onions... I have never had issues with ordering the same meal I've been ordering for years until tonight! This is beyond upsetting and the worst service ever!

The absolutely worst service I have ever had. not busy at all I was in drive thru and took forever to get my food which was only two meals. They had me pull up after paying brought my food out but did not bring drinks or honey mustard so they went back and brought one drink and bbq says when I asked for honey mustard and then went back for right stuff. My fries were very old and hard. He defiantly had no desire to be there with his sleep walking look and tone he had.

Last night around midnight, I went into this location to get my son a few Taquitos. The guy at the register was asked by a customer sitting down, to come look at his burger because they failed to put jalapeños on it, or didn't give him enough, I don't know. What I do know is that the cashier went to the back where they store the jalapeños and picked out a 3 finger full with his bare hands and walked around to the other side of the prep area and put them in a small round container and put a lid on it, put it on a tray, added an apple pie and small fry then gave it to the guy...are you f*ckin serious!!! The entire crew saw him do this and not one person told him that he was wrong. Today, I intend on calling a manager who is above these shift managers, since apparently they think that is ok. How disgusting, your working the front counter (touching money) (cleaning tables and counters) then you put your hands in the jalapeños. What the heck else is going on!
