First time ordering here and it did not disappoint. The food arrived earlier than the delivery time and was fresh and hot. It looked exactly like the pictures. The driver was also really kind. This pizza was worth every penny. (My photos are kinda dark but trust me…everything was on point!)

Great pizza and pasta, however the pasta dishes do not have enough sauce. A charge for extra sauce is asinine, and will cause me to go elsewhere. Change your policy management, that is a thought out decision to increase sales, internally focused. Get the focus off of yourself and on the customer. GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR!! Heavy on the sauce, or don’t charge for it.

I would suggest Russo‘s New York pizzeria to anyone in Houston. I’ve used them a couple of times now and first of all they’re accurate with the time did they say they’re going to deliver. They normally two minutes earlier than the time they say. They even delivered it right to my door. Also when I got the wings, I tested them and ask them for all flats twice in a row. Guess what they gave me all flats. And I would suggest if you eat pizza, try the lasagna pizza before you go to heaven. Thank you,.

Longtime customers and great to see the upgraded restaurant. We held our birthday party last night with 9 people. Everyone ordered off the menu and every dish was excellent. Portions large and good quality. Great, take it from this, New York Italian. Isabella, waited on us so attentively. Perfect evening.

Simply amazing pizza. Visiting Houston and saw the reviews. Not disappointed.
Bread and oil starter was flavorful. Tried the Garlic Cheese Bread. Tasty and not too heavy. Side salads were good and not too large.
For the main course tried the New York Village as listed minus olives. Excellent mix of fresh and flavorful toppings. Tasty crust. Exactly what I want when I want pizza.
Decor is warm and inviting. Perfect for families and date night. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Highly recommended. Definitely would come back.

I love coming here for casual work lunches. A lot of food for a good price (I always get one giant slice of pizza with a side salad lunch special). A d the pizza is delicious. Service is always really good.

First time at this location. The food was great! Its usually what I'm expecting. I like the big portions. I always have a whole meal for later. This location was really clean and neat. Unfortunately the service was fair. Very slow and not attentive at all. There was even a lady who seem like a manager and could physically see her employees in the weeds taking phone orders, running food, and cleaning tables. Still didn't even lift a finger to get a refill/napkins/togo boxes. All those things were missing through out the visit. Will definitely be back and give it another go!

Russo’s is a wonderful place. The music and the way the place is set up gives off that authentic New York City feeling.
From pastas to pizzas, this is the place to be.
They have several types of pastas. All made fresh.
There is a huge pizza available that’s bigger than any size pizza in the city. I would post a pic but the pic wouldn’t do justice. This thing has to sit in your back seat.
What’s a New York restaurant without cheesecake? You should definitely try their several cheesecake’s. You will not be disappointed.

A must try! Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service and awesome food! Ordered Doppio Pepperoni Pizza and Tortellini truffle pasta and both looked as they were from a commercial. SO TASTY! Self serve drinks had a variety of options. Definitely be back.

The pizza was delicious but the staff was really overwhelmed. I walked in to order a pizza to go and a beer while I waited. There was nobody dining in but the lady talking the orders was so flustered she was telling people that called in, "I'm sorry, we are really busy. You'll have to hold for a minute." I waited 5 minutes and then reminded them that I ordered a beer.
I'm giving it 4 starts because the pizza was really good! But don't bother dining in. Just call in your order and pick out up.

I know it’s a chain, but they use really good charcuterie and ingredients. The place is always tidy, and the restrooms are clean (super important)!
