This is the best El Pollo Loco I have ever been to! Adela and Guadalupe are so sweet and courteous every single time I come here, and my food is always better than expected and faster!! It honestly feels like a neighborhood establishment with how friendly everyone is and the high quality of service. Always tons of parking and the line moves really fast. I drive out of my way just to come to this location.

First-time customer, the carnitas tacos were just fantastic with single large tortilla, avocado, and cabbage, made them perfect for lunch. The grilled chicken salad with avocado was also top class.

First time here and I love the food and place already. I ordered the chicken bowl combo. The employees behind the counter were really attentive, food was really good and the place was clean. Their decoration is nice too. I would recommend it.

Really nice folks, but I'm noticing portion sizes shrinking. Especially the rice and beans portions. Also, I should have ordered the corn tortillas instead of the flour tortillas. Try the green salsa it's great. The table I tried to sit at was 99% broken. Other than that, my mission was accomplished. That mission being: lunch.

As good as usual, now they offer the "Fit Menu" to avoid getting decadent without compromising on flavor. It's hard to believe that a fast food place offers so much heart healthy, and delicious variety. If you are a fried chicken lover, give this grilled chicken a chance, and you will not be disappointed.

I love thus location of El Pollo Loco. Food is always fresh, the chicken is always jucy and the staff had always been friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for me on the way to work. It is easy to get in a d out of the parking lot and it's on my way to work.

I dine here several times a month! This is my go to place for a healthy and tasty fast meal! Everything here is delicious from the salads to the chicken to the tacos! I love this place! Got the double chicken bowl. It had a lot of chicken. My friend won 2pc chicken meal for a year (1/wk).

My son and I went into this HWY6 EL Pollo Loco, it was JUAN M who promptly served me with a regular sized paper cup for my indoor dining ($29.30 meal) later accepted our take orders ($62.32). JUAN M was a nice caring young man, friendly, promptly greeted my son and I with a smile, taking our order, while providing a decent paper cup (NO clear plastic kid size SIPPY CUP) as requested for my ice water. My son and I had a fine meal, took home some great eats with our take out orders to our families in separate take out bags. My wife, my son, his wife and his two young boys all of us enjoyed these two 8 piece family meals. SIDE NOTE: I want to convey that my son and I had just had a truly bad experience at another El Pollo Loco at the Cypress Rose Hill Rd location yesterday 4/19/2023, attempting to have our lunch ordered and attempted to dine there, where there is absolutely NO leadership present (previously fired a few weeks ago, no suitable replacement). That sad BAD experience prompted our locating another El Pollo Loco, the one actually nearest my residence. HISTORIC REFLECTION: We have been fans of El Pollo Loco since we lived in Southern California and became excited when your restaurants began opening here in Houston in the early 90’s. So yesterday, 4/19/2023, after the debacle at the Cypress Rose Hill restaurant, my son and I dropped in the 8473 Hwy6 restaurant for a meal and our take out order. It had been 5 years since my last visit to this 8473 Hwy6 El Pollo Loco Restraunt. The lengthy gap related to customer service issues that emerged here after having dined many many times over a 15-18 month period and suddenly customer service issues ensued. THOSE ISSUES, I’m happy to say have been RESOLVED, as of yesterday with service we received from a fine young man name JUAN M serving my son and I, taking our in-house dining order and later our take out orders, all totaling just under $92. JUAN M is greeted us with a smile, is CUSTOMER FOCUSED, making all the difference to experience the wonderfully tasty fire grilled chicken at El Pollo Loco. Lastly, I did call the Hwy6 restaurant today 4/20/2023 to speak with the proprietor or GM, in this case Ms ADELA, who listened to my complaint pertaining to the Cypress Rose Hill Rd Restraunt from yesterday. She was informative and friendly, providing some detail about the other restaurant. Adela will be escalating a call to her area Management Team Leader to arrange a callback pertaining to my complaint. Adela, thank you and thanks to JUAN M for yesterday. Between JUAN and you ADELA, you both manage to salvage an old love for your Fire Grilled Chicken treats. A BIG smile and TWO enthusiastic thumbs up! Got these Fantastic chicken guacamole street tacos for under $4 Great singles, great family meals. Oh and don't forget the churros😁 The green sauce is So Delish!

The food is great! I don't like the fact that they are charging an an additional fee for the creamy cilantro green dressing now.

Everything was good. Mac and cheese was surprisingly good. I wish the server was more careful with the charro beans when serving. It was more water than beans.

Food is surprisingly good! Only been here twice, but in two weeks. $5 burrito combo is a good deal and decent amount of food. The burritos on the main menu are even more tasty, and still a good price for what you get. I will be back for sure.

I love their chicken! We stopped by every time we're in the neighborhood.
