I am astonished about the reviews I found here. I have not been often in this store. I have been twice there in the last 6 months (I really do not go often) but I cannot complain. The staff was friendly to me and my wife, especially John C. (he even remembered us at the second time) and the bagels were good. I have always received what I have expected when I went there: The store was clean, staff friendly and the food good.

Somehow my order got missed but the gentleman behind the counter was more than accommodating when he realized the error. He fixed my order himself, added a dessert for free, even warmed it up for me, and then went out of his way to open the door on my way out. I was only in Houston for the day, stopped in at this little joint and received excellent customer service! I wish I had gotten his name.

I like this Einstein because they partner with Caribou Coffee company from Minnesota and they have great coffee! Not all the Einstein Bagel stores use Caribou Coffee and there is a huge difference!

The bagles and service are always awesome,......but the way they do the pricing on toppings makes for an all too expensive tiny breakfast. Some of the best coffee you'll find anywhere. Seriously.

I love this place so much I had to buy extra cream cheese and bagels for home so i can get my fix once the store is closed.Yes they sale out quick it's a popular store in a popular location better get there early. I'll be there waiting patiently in line for mine again.

Delicious bagels, but the service is so SLOW! (third slow 7:30 am visit in 6 months). It took 12 minutes this time to get in and out with 4 bagels untoasted and a tub of cream cheese. There were 4 employees behind the counter and one customer ahead of me. Plus that, no "good morning". 12 minutes is valuable time on a workday. Speed it up, Einstein's -- I'll try again in a month!
