Everything is always fresh and delicious!! I usually would give the service 5 stars as well however the most recent visit the service sucked butt!! We sat down and we waited 15 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. We had to order everything online. Luckily there was a very nice young lady that brought our food, she apologized for everything even though it wasn't her fault. We intended on NOT leaving a tip but due to this woman being awesome we tipped after making sure she was the one that got it.

I was here on Tuesday, around noon. Had wings, 2 kinds - lemon pepper dry rub and mango habanero. Both were fine, I liked the former a bit more. I would not call them the best wings I ever had, but they were OK. I saw what some other folks were having - it seems to me that on many wings there is too much sauce. Too heavy... a single employee was working the bar area and the tables nearby. I think she was overworked...

Food was great for watching the game and just kind of relaxing and grabbing a drink. Perfect chill spot but the service.... the service is what make a place great! People will literally go to a mediocre place repeatedly if the service and atmosphere is amazing.
With a spot like this you kind of expext a friendly vibe but nope! Service sucks here most times but you can literally try to ignore that and have a good time with the folks you came with and even the strangers!

Like most BDubbs, it was enjoyable and the food was tasty. We were here two days in a row with no complaints. Customer service was good, tables were a bit dirty but the food was on point. We had a good attentive server who we didn’t have to search for. I usually hit the location on 45 but this one was closer as far as our plans.

First time at this location. I got my usual, wings with carrots and celery, ranch, ceasar salad and an iced tea.
Aisha waited on me and was very friendly and fast and courtesy. The tea was fresh. My food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Aisha checked on me through out the meal and was prompt with refills.
She did a great job and I wanted for nothing. Great sevice and good. Thank you.

Sat at the bar. It was a slow Saturday, but it was gorgeous Houston weather and I guarantee everyone was out and enjoying their day. Made it easy for the hubby and I to get in and sit at the bar. Great food and service!

It is a really nice place to gather with friends and family, we enjoyed having dinner, the food was great and the taste amazing. Our favorite flavor is mango habanero

Plenty of TVs to watch games, friendly staff, but service seemed kinda slow. Next time I will use the scan code on table to get/pay my bill. Keep going because blazing bucks ( promo rewards) makes HUGE discount on food. I just started, but I have friends that eat for dirt cheap from this promo

Me and my fellow colleagues have frequented this establishment for lunch for the past couple of years. We come with the expectation that it will be a long lunch and we enjoy ourselves while we wait for our food. Today, our food was slightly over 15 minutes late, and, as per their current policy, our food was free. I'm not exactly sure how to feel about this. Of course we would like our food to be delivered at a reasonable time, but, at the same time, we have come to the expectation that our food would in general be somewhat late. That being said, I would like to say that the service at this place has varied from time to time, but, overall, I would say it is ok. We've had our fair share of orders being wrong, but they have been promptly corrected. (This is far from the only establishment that has gotten our orders wrong with us being a large party and all.) The food quality has been good which is the main reason we keep coming back after so many years.
