I only have wonderful things to say. I had a surprise 80 th birthday party for mom. The staff were wonderful and helped me decorate the room and the food was delicious. We had a blast. I can never thank the staff enough for all their help!!!!
I love it there, the Shrimp-Bacon was the best! I celebrated my birthday there Sunday afternoon...the waitress was the best and offer the special you had...i be back soon. It was a great lunch☆☆� thanks!
Went here for mother's day since I've been wanting to try it out for some time! Was not disappointed! Very sweet ladies working the floor,and our waitress was ON IT! Knew when to show up without annoying the hell out of us while eating(if you know,you know lol). hahaha although he was speaking 1,000 words per minute,he still maintained his position(he seemed to be serving multiple tables). Sorry others may have had a bad experience (it happens to all of us),I had a great day and OH the drinks were STRONG! Didn't even finish mines and me and my partner were feeling lovely floating💀😩. Had the enchiladas combination plate and my favorite one was the beef! Rice was good and so were the beans! Tasted his plate and absolutely loved how thick the churro beans were! Chicken on his plate was tender and NOT dry(that can ruin a whole plate lol). Just try it once at least🤷♀️
Where do I begin describing how amazing the food is here!?!? Their food is so authentic and delicious and their margaritas are fantastic!!! My husband and I like going here for tasty Mexican food. The atmosphere is so relaxed and laid back. We like to eat outside on the patio when the weather permits because it gives us an opportunity to laugh and enjoy each other’s company while sipping on our drinks. It’s nice and cozy and a great place for couples or friends or co workers to dine and enjoy a comfortable environment.
Spacious restaurant with rooms for private parties. Nice bar. Attentive nice waitstaff wknd & weekdays, lunch & dinner. Never have to wait to be seated. Great food! Large portions. Salsa, both green & red, incl chips -all delish! Strawberry Margaritas with Tajin on rim, one of the best in Houston!
** Update** Have to take off a star due to a Friday night, the mariachis were so loud in a private room they seated our family, we couldnt even hear each other nor the waiter. We could only point to what we wanted on the menu. For at least a half hour , we just sat looking at each other.
Plenty of places to park. Service is fast and staff is always friendly. The owner is usually there and will greet customers. The nachos and rib platter were hot and delicious. Their margaritas were strong but not too strong.
Unless you order the top shelf margaritas then yes, those are strong. Flour tortillas are the best. Basically, everything you order from the menu is good.
I’ve been living in this area my entire life and have never been to this place and I’ve certainly been missing out. To start, their queso is great. The lunch was delicious. My boyfriend got the mini tacos and loved them and I got the chicken with cilantro and jalapeños and added queso on top (forgot the name of the meal) and it was amazing 😻
Don’t let the drinks sneak up on you… I would t consider myself a lightweight and after one of “lo mejor” I was feeling it! Cheers! 🥂
Omar, Alex and the rest of the staff are welcoming and courteous. The food is always fresh hot and delicious.
We went for a friend's birthday dinner. Food was good. Mixed drinks were average. We got chicken fajitas and chicken quesadillas! The quesadillas were a good portion and good for $13. The fajitas were about 6-7 strips for $15. The red sauce was okay and the chips were thick (not really my thing.. But they were okay!) The server was nice. The building needs work. The ceiling had mold stains and water damage. The building was cool on this hot summer night... So thats a plus!
Tasty food. Nice atmosphere. If you haven't been here in while, give it another try!

Overall I love this place. Even tho sometimes they drop the ball in service when they abandon your table for a while and your like " I need my next drink " Mexican food here is very good. I wish tho they would add less Manteca or shortening on the tortilla de harinas they get to hard and not puffy and soft like they should be. But the refried beans are great. Their rice is great. The chicken fajitas are super delicious they just perfect . Their guacamole is a hit and miss sometime when it taste like it was done a day before. Freshness is Key! Their regular fajitas are delicious. I love the enchiladas because they are Extremely TEX MEX 100% so they have the tex mex taste not mexican enchiladas but tex mex but they do have a Mexican enchiladas which are the green enchiladas suizas and those are Mexican enchiladas that are great! My favorite dish has to be POLLO RICO which is chicken fajitas with green bell pepper and onions topped with melted mozzarella cheese! It is INCREDIBLE FOR MY LIKING!
Great atmosphere. The food is delicious and the service is awesome!!
