I had the pleasure of visiting Bouchée Patisserie at Post Oak Uptown Area, a charming pastry and sweets cafe, and it was a delightful experience that satisfied my sweet tooth. I opted for a selection of pastries, including a flaky croissant filled with almond paste, Cinnamon rolls with a cup of coffee The balance of textures and flavors was impeccable, and it was clear that these treats were crafted with precision and care. The ambiance of Bouchée Patisserie was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and soft lighting, making it the ideal spot to relax and enjoy some indulgent treats. The service was friendly and efficient, with the staff eager to assist in making the best choices from the menu. Overall, my visit to Bouchée Patisserie was a sweet escape into a world of delectable pastries and treats. It's a perfect place to satisfy your dessert cravings or simply enjoy a cozy afternoon. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their delectable offerings.

Bouchee Patisserie, set in elegance, did not meet my expectations on our first visit. Considering that it is located at a five star hotel, I assumed that the attention to detail would apply at anytime of the day, any day of the week, and that there would be consistency in service for each customer. We visited mid-day on a Tuesday. The first noticable difference was the frigid temperature at the cafe as compared to other areas of the hotel. Since no one greeted us as we entered, we were not certain if this was a full service cafe or counter ordering. I proceeded to place our order at the counter only to be informed that the online menu is outdated and the items we wanted were no longer available. I ordered a cappuccino and Chai Latte at the counter along with two desserts. The cashier was helpful and accomodating in answering my questions. The the colorful display of desserts are a treat for the eyes, a great variety of Gelato, macaroons, fresh pastries, and an array of masterfully designed cakes. When our order was delivered, I was surprised that we received only two spoons for our beverages and no cutlery for the dessert, nor any napkins. Were we to eat the dessert with our fingers, or not stir the beverages? The artistic desserts were served on small coaster plates. Too small when we were attempting to cut into the hard crust of our Daisy Cake which slid off the plate onto the table. Is there a shortage in larger dessert plates, napkins, and cutlery? Since we had no napkins, I looked to get some from the service station, but the napkin holder was empty. Seeing photos from other reviews, I notice the inconsistencies in how the desserts and beverages were served to us. It seems that the elements of detailed service were missing during our visit. The friendliness and accomodating attitude of the staff should be commended. The desserts were not only beautiful but full of flavor and delicious. Perhaps our next visit will be a better experience.

A Sweet Escape at Bouchee Patisserie, The Post Oak Hotel Nestled within the charming confines of the Post Oak Hotel, Bouchee Patisserie is a hidden gem for those seeking a delightful coffee and dessert experience. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, from the exceptional coffee and dessert to the attentive service. First and foremost, the coffee at Bouchee Patisserie is truly exceptional. Each sip was a symphony of flavor, a testament to the expertise that goes into every cup. It's the kind of coffee that makes you pause and savor the moment. Speaking of moments, the cakes, gelato, and sorbet on offer were nothing short of delectable. The tantalizing array of sweet treats showcased the patisserie's dedication to crafting desserts that delight the palate. Choosing just one was the most challenging part of the experience. (I enddd up with one of each kind for to-go as a gift to a friend.) Now, let's talk about the service. The waiter who attended to our table was not just attentive; he was a master of anticipation. He noticed our needs before we even had to ask. When we mentioned that we'd like to have some of our order as takeout, he swiftly took care of it, even offering to store it in the refrigerator. As we neared the end of our meal, he discreetly recognized that we were ready for the check. To top it all off, as we rose to leave, he appeared with the cake we had ordered for takeout, sparing us the need for many words. It was a seamless and thoughtful experience that left me feeling truly pampered. If you seek a place where every detail is considered and every moment is a treat, Bouchee Patisserie is your answer.

Great Cafe! Food was good and the service was great!! Pricing was reasonable. I got a chocolate croissant with a cafe latte. Total came out around $12. The only problem is parking. Since it's connected to the hotel it's hard to fund free parking unless you like valet. Restrooms are also part of the hotel so it's hard to find. Overall great experience!!

I am traveling in Houston and was looking for a place to spend the afternoon. I read about this place online and decided to give it a try. Nice atmosphere, quiet place, friendly staff and decent desserts. Coffee is moderately good. It would be a good place for a coffee chat with a friend or a date. Would come back if I visit Houston again.

Parking was tricky and the store is located at the side of the hotel. Tried summertime delight, and mango cheesecake. Summertime delight was light the refreshing, perfect for summer. Mango cheesecake was okay as it didn’t taste of mango. For the same price range, there are better tasting patisserie out there in town.

Very good patisserie especially for late night sweets. We got a bunch of things: the mango cheesecake, the coconut rocher, the mini madeleine, the birthday cake macaron, the salted caramel macaron, the pistachio macaron, and the lemon macaron. The macarons were great - no complaints there and they were all tasty and flavorful. The mango cheesecake was silky but unfortunately I didn’t get much of a mango flavor in my bites so I probably wouldn’t get it again (wish it was a graham cracker crust rather than a sable-like one). The coconut rocher was my favorite thing that I ate here - cold but great flavor, almost like a macaroon. The mini madeleine was fine - kind of heavy because of the chocolate on top and it was cold which is not how I like my madeleines but still worth trying although I wouldn’t get it again. Overall great spot and looking forward to coming back

Parking is almost nonexistent, but that’s my only complaint. The place is gorgeous and the staff was kind, even letting us know which of the desserts had gelatin due to our religious restrictions without us having to ask. The mango ice cream was incredible and the vibes were on point.

The ambience was fantastic, creating a great vibe, but the limited parking and the absence of the pistachio flavor were a bit disappointing. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

I recently visited this charming pastry shop, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The place exuded a very cute and cozy atmosphere, which added to the overall charm. The pastries were absolutely delicious, and I couldn't resist indulging in their delectable treats. The attention to detail in their creations was truly impressive, making it a very classy establishment. I loved every moment of my visit and will definitely be returning for more culinary delights.
