We went on Thursday night, and while Wendy's is a chain and I usually don't write reviews, I had to write and say the young man that was working the register inside was so friendly and kind. Give that young man a raise or something. It had been a long day and his simple kindness to myself and my kiddos really made our day. Thank you sir.

Drive through and tried the new Honey chicken biscuit. Never been a breakfast chicken eater, but that may change. Flaky delicious biscuit and perfectly cooked chicken. Yum!

Would have been 5 stars as I have grown accustomed to there #12 meat deal but this time it was half the size as always. Guess the odds finally caught up with me. I do like the fries though. They just need to add a little more salt to them. Not that I need it, but it sure makes them better tasting.

Food was good. I haven't been to a Wendy's for awhile, the one in Humble made me avoid Wendy's altogether. They need to start putting condiments and napkins back out into the dining area.

Actually, we are from Ohio and have even been to the very 1st Wendy's but quality has been going down hill.
We were pleasantly surprised by how well done our meals were from here.
The burgers were extremely well done (nice and juicy) and not overcooked like most restaurants do nowadays.

I don't know what kind of ratings other people are doing to this Wendy's. I know when I came in there with my head hurting the young lady up front and the manager they took care of me real quick fast and in a hurry. So I would like to thank them for my hot fresh food, their Beautiful Smiles and the great customer service that they gave me.

While the counter staff was nice, I had to give this location a 1 due to the flys and other bugs flying all over the dining area! I couldn't even eat due to them instantly appearing aroud my table. I gather my tray went to the counter and asked for a to go bag. The manager was at the counter and I stated the dining area is infested with flying bugs. She just looked at me like she could care less while the woman that took my order said, I know. What? So why isn't it being handled? I ended up tossing my entire bag of food. How do I know the kitchen is clean? I won't be returning and I will be contacting the corporate office as well as the health dept.
