Talk about a blast from the past. When I saw the shop my daughter said my eyes lit up like I had won the lottery. Well I’m old school and grew up on Baskin Robbins and you don’t see them that frequently (at least I don’t). After she had her double scooped cookies/cream waffle cone she could better relate. We were so caught up sitting outside on the pink bench we failed to take pictures - but no worries as we’re going back this weekend 😁
Baskin-Robbins was great! I did have a few problems. Parking was not easy and they don't have mint chocolate chip ice cream anymore. But my kids love BR!

recently had a fantastic experience at Baskin Robbins, and I wanted to share my thoughts in this review . What really made my visit special was the exceptional customer service I received from one of the employees.
The employee went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. They took the time to answer my questions about the different flavors and helped me decide which ones to try. They even offered me samples to make sure I was happy with my choices.
What really impressed me was when I mentioned that it was my friend's birthday, and I wanted to get them a cake. The employee took the time to ask me about my friend's favorite flavors and suggested some cake options that they thought my friend would love. They even offered to write a special message on the cake to make it more personal.
Overall, I was blown away by the exceptional service I received at Baskin Robbins. The employee who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and exceptional customer service.

I paid $5.18 for a small waffle cone and one scoop. It was delicious but seems overpriced to me, either way I would still buy another if I was close by and wanted ice cream.
The ice cream was good, but the customer service was great!! After a long afternoon of shopping this was exactly what we needed!! Big thank you to the gentleman behind the counter for being so happy and helpful!!
Im sure they know me and my friends well here. The inside is always clean and the staff are friendly. There are just so many flavors i cant seem chose in a timely manner!!!

Really nice service and of course good ice cream. Pick up a treat and stroll through the quaint Rice Village neighborhood for a socially distanced outing
The day shift manager has a very kind and compassionate spirit. She was patient with me and understanding.
Good milkshakes, the guy who works here is nice and friendly.
5 Day time, 3 for 5 P/evening time as was told no coffee left for new as advertisement..bummed, but figured O did not need after 5P Lol!I asked if she could prepare more and she said no. Oh well, next time.
