It's a good place to eat. Sometimes, you'll get some rude patrons that decide to eat there. I always feel bad for the waitresses, having to hold back their tongue and say nothing. But they're pretty professional. I recommend.
Service was great and the food came out fast, which is great when you have a kid with you.
The french toast was thick and fluffy!

Sample food as usual for any IHope. Good place. Belgium waffle and hot tea with honey and lemon is my absolute favorite. It's always there. Good improvement since I visit this place about 1 year ago.
There was no wait. Service was quick. Server was prompt and professional. Floor was less than desirable as far as cleanliness. 4 stars because they need to clean more often and it looks like fingerprints in my mash.
