Great service, food was good and had lots of flavor. The restaurant staff gave us one of the warmest welcome 😊🫰when we came in and greeted us. We ordered the garnished chicken and beef. The dish portion was big and very flavorful. Mr. Eugene and the lady who works there gave us extra sauces to top off our order. They ended even giving us the chace to take extra food to go.

We ordered "garnish mix meats with chicken and beef" and "yam fufu". I'm a Japanese and never tried African authentic foods before and my husband just took me today for the reputation. Great service and really delicious foods made us so satisfied. The waiter Mr. Eujen is so kind and nice that provided as great services as getting one in Japan.
The female chef especially took care of us in the mid of having meal to add source.
The tasty fufu and delicious chicken & beef are, of course, satisfied you.
You wouldn't get regret to visit this restaurant.

I wish I could click 100 stars!! Sometimes service at restaurants owned by us can be lacking BUT BOY ARE THESE GUYS AMAZING!!! They went all the way out of their way to help me get my order and it made my night so much better! The food was hot and fresh! I got the grilled lamb (cooked perfectly!!) and the grilled talapia with fufu. The food was so hot when it arrived by delivery I had to wait a good 15 mins to handle it. OMG!! Please do yourself a favor and get a meal from here. This is indeed the best African food WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!!!

I ordered some boiled yam with mixed meat/ shrimp sautéed and vegetables. It was a very satisfying meal. The entire meal was well cooked and a good portion. I definitely recommend it!

I love this place. I will and have walked an hour just for their food. My favorites are the grilled fish, and Egusi Soup. I've just tried their Okra Soup and I'm in love. The portion size isn't bad either.
What I love most aside from their food is that they are ALWAYS so nice and if you have any issue they are happy to help.
I would have taken pictures but I ate all of the Okra and there isn't much egusi left. Maybe next time.

Unique African cuisine is the one spot in Houston where you are guaranteed of getting that real African delicacy.....is it there grilled lamb.. which is to die for..or their fried yam just to name a few... from my first visit, i was enraptured...i will definitely go back again.... check them out folks... and become a believer.

Omg! Had the opportunity to visit this unique( no pun intended ) establishment that came with it's own flavors. They offered a variety of tasty African dishes. My sister and I enjoyed the service that was rendered by our beautiful waitress and the ambience enhanced the entire experience. We will surely be returning back as well as spreading the good word.
