Love Mesquite Cottage on Dairy Ashford. The food menu there is very good and hamburger rolls served are delicious!. Their live Music and steak venues are enjoyable events to attend. Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy the food, ambiance and join in on live music events and dance away.
I've been here before for hamburgers. Was a great experience. Went there for the steak night... very impressed! I was a bit hesitant about trying a steak a mostly known for burgers joint, but very impressed. I like my steak rare, and it was not only delicious, but cooked to perfection. Great baked potato as well. Very big and wonderfully cooked. $13.99 for an 8oz ribeye and fully loaded potato. Great value and amazing quality. Will be returning for this again. Big plus... live band, was a very enjoyable evening.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting outside and having dinner with our 8 month old. We got two orders of the beef empanadas (would have ordered more but then I wouldn’t have room for the entree)my wife ordered the old Havana sandwich and I had the ropa vieja with tostones and congri. Everything was delicious, and we will be back.
Great place! We meet here every Tuesday night for a run & Ashe provides food & drink specials! Service is top notch! Staff is friendly & attentive. Delicious Cuban food, new menu, new decor, live bands & AMAZING patio!
This restaurant has changed hands several times. Now the owners are Cuban so Cuban dishes have been added to the mix of dishes while many aspects continue from earlier concepts. Live music will also be on offer. The drink offerings focus primarily on domestic beers and a few wines. Would be nice if they offered BYOB to expand their wine offerings.
Don’t mean to get all gushy over a simple to-go order, but I got a takeout order of chicken empanadas and a baked potato and they were both exceptional! I kept eating the baked potato even though I was full because it tasted so good!

Give their mesquite burgers a try and you won't be disappointed. Great little hole in the wall pub when you wanna get away from the crowd.
