I came in today, and let me say, the service was great. I had this lovely server named Tommie and they are great, super friendly, and just on top of everything. They've only been working here for a few months I believe but either way, amazing service. They need a raise!! 💖

The only issue was that the central air was out and they were using portable units, so it was warm. Not a real problem if you have a cold drink, so I still give them an overall 5 stars.

Was a fantastic time to get back to one of my favorite spots in town. They always are so friendly and cook my favorite breakfasts!! And Irma is the best so get one of her tables!! Best service ever!

Irma and Ryan give exceptional service. Irma always has a smile. We have an "Old Folks" group and Irma has our orders memorized... she is great!
Like any national restaurant chain, any given location will have "up" cycles with great service, and "down" cycles where things aren't quite so hot. I have seen both at the Bay Area Blvd location near UHCL over a period of several years.

So last night I had a brisket sandwich with an egg for over $14. It really was good, but $14 good....i dunno. The service was great. The experience was great. I just don't remember Denny's being so expensive.

Irma is very good at her job. My business partner and I have been here for many hours today and yesterday working on a project together. I noticed Irma working the entire time we have been here, serving customers, sweeping floors, wrapping silver ware, etc. Irma is very pleasant and helpful to us. G
We were blown away by the attentive hospitality this morning. Irma, our host, even went the extra mile by making us salsa not featured on the menu.
I hadn’t visited in years and I’m glad I returned. Exceptional, friendly service. Huge portions. Lots of new options.
