They make banh cuon the way I like it when I used to visit Quan Ba Tho back in the 80s and 90s. Good amount of thickness to the rice cake and the shrimp and meats are very tasty. I'm definitely going back. They offer some wagyu beef dishes as well but I didn't get a chance to try it
