Thank you for being so awesome! Today I brought my girl home from surgery and all she wanted was a #13. I, being on a STRICT no carb diet, I just cringed. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE you guys but just making some life changes so I requested the grilled chicken fajita taco on lettuce. I know it was weird but you came through like a CHAMP. It was delicious! I called it my salad taco. I mean if other restaurants can have lettuce wraps, why can't you?? Feel free to use this as a new menu item. hahaha :-) But thank you for being so accommodating and awesome! Your faithful customer ~ Beth
Came in for coffee at lunch and they made it fresh. Great service
The morning staff is great. There always nice. The afternoon is a different story. My friend and I went I to the place and there were at least 10 people in the back. Nobody ever came to take our order. We stood there for awhile and nobody ever came. So we just left and went to chick fil a next door.
Brand new Whataburger at 1960/Jones. Ordered three #1's and a #2. Order was perfect! Made fresh, and everything was still nice and toasty warm by the time I got it home. Even the delicious fries! Friendly Staff and easy in and out.
The counter staff are very friendly and professional. They took my order accurately and delivered my food to my table in a reasonable amount of time.
The dining area and restrooms are very clean and sanitized.
I highly recommend eating at this location.
I have eaten at one in Nashville. The meat was dry. Been on the grill a little long. Shake was good. Service was pretty slow, but anymore that's a common problem. Over ok. I wanted cheese but forgot you have to ask.
Placed a late night "mistake" order online. They took care of me the next morning better than I anticipated. Glad I didn't try to get a refund. This is my neighborhood Whataburger and proud of it. John is the man and the manager was super cool. Thank y'all.
Evening staff is super friendly, even through my frustration over an upgraded sweet tea. I understand not everything is in their control. You should be able to pay extra to upsize a kids meal drink tho. Thank you for the fresh tenders
Curbside took 20 mins while the drive through kept moving.
The pre online order didn't help to expedite the inside take out; longest wait for over 10-15 minutes ever, because only one person was at a register. No one took orders at the open 2nd register.
Judy was a friendly and lovely cashier today. Clean food and premises. A very inviting Whataburger. The food was quick, made well and delicious. If you like whataburger this is a great place for you.
