Denny's is a great go to place to get hot and fresh breakfast. The hosts makes everyone feel welcome and the guest are welcoming too. Just feels right. Earlier in time that was not the case with Denny'sb for African Americans. I am so glad that has changed and it's the place to get fresh and fast food with friendly hosts!

It's been a few years since we've been to a Denny’s. I must say, this location was nicely updated since the last location we visited. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Our food came out correct the first time and it wasn’t a long wait either!

Ana was great, the food was good, the meats on my order were very cold (I think they were sandbagging Sausage, Ham and Bacon) Watch out for the ever increasing add-ons to your order. A simple easy inexpensive order can turn into $20 quickly.

Best service I've had at any Denny's. The place wasn't packed so it was even better because we didn't need to wait for a table. Our servers name was Mo and he was the sweetest most hardworking kid I've seen around. Our food came out fast and it was fresh and delicious. We ordered the bacon avocado burger and it was cooked to perfection. It was juicy and not overcooked like other places around even though I asked for it well done. We also ordered a few breakfast plates and the eggs and pancakes were all yummy. Moises went above and beyond to please our picky kids and gave us suggestions when our autistic daughter couldn't make up her mind. We will definitely be back and ask for Mo once more.

Something on the wall said 'a diner will leave you full and a good diner will leave you fulfilled' and that's how we felt last night. Travis specifically made us feel cared for, gave us great service, and really made our 1am visit feel like hanging out with a friend.

I've been going to the same Denny's for over 25+ yrs and it has never disappointed. Ms Joyce has been my server majority of the time..She makes you feel like family and i love it! She is very sweet and always in a great mood. She makes it all worth the visit for great customer service!

Delicious food & amazing service! From the minute we entered, we were greeted & quickly seated by our server Juan. The atmosphere was calm. Juan had the best customer service we have came across in Houston! He didn’t have to be asked to pickup dishes or refill drinks. His personality really shined through. Makes you believe there are still people who are passionate about their work ethic! Perfect, perfect, perfect! Welcome to Houston, Juan. Thank you again for giving us great service. I highly recommend if you stop by this location or the Sam Houston location to ask for Juan if you want a good experience.

It's an excellent place to go eat, the food is fresh and hot the staff on all shifts are excellent, but the night shift to me is the best, 1 they have an excellent manager, Shon she is polite, experienced and an excellent cook. The servers are a perfect team Really helpful when it comes to taking your order and Very knowledgeable There's one that I believe her name is Dee she is fast, Knowledgeable and honest she also a Mother and loves little kids.

We really had amazing customer service from our server, Juan/Juanito 👏😀 he was very polite in everything. He took care of our table made sure that our drinks were refilled. The tables were very clean. Juan was very attentive and bright in his personality. Very nice if you planning to stop in this location I recommend to ask for his service, Juan.

Waited for 20 minutes to be seated & to find out we have been skipped by 2 groups! Good was good, but the waitress never came to check up on us for refills. Have to ask another waitress for our refills & the our waitress to bring us the check. Payed the check & still no to go boxes slow & bad service.

Terrible experience. Service was awful. Took a long time, brought the wrong food, didn't bring our drink until we were basically done eating so we cancelled it. I didn't want to pay $3 for a couple of sips. We shared a glass of water as mine tasted funny. Then the manager didn't know how to use my gift cards so he asked me to pay with another method! Um no. That's why I had the cards. Luckily a waitress knew how to do it and we finally got out of there. We usually have good service, terribly disappointed.

I've been to this location a number of times over the past couple of years. Comparing to other Denny's I've gone to, the service & the food has been good. My most recent visit was late on a Sunday night after a Houston Texans game. The staff was hustling, but appeared to be swamped. The time between when I placed my order and when it came to the table took a bit longer than expected. Despite this most recent visit, I would still go back.

Went in for lunch after picking my mom from the airport. The service was questionable, very rushed, didn't check back or offer refills. The food was awful. Burger meat was old, mozzarella sticks didn't have cheese in them. Chicken strip tasted like fish and everything was cold. I briefly spoke to the manager, no apology was offered. I will never return to this location.
