Don't listen to the haters- THE QUESO IS AMAZING. I also had a bomb burrito bowl with the garlic shredded beef and carne de puerco, and my only regret is that I didn't have more room in my stomach to finish it. It has a fun, relaxed atmosphere with high-quality food. I wish I could give this place more stars.
Actually a very good meal. They were open for breakfast on Sunday morning around 9am. Service was fantastic and food even better. Give it a try.
Amazing place to get some delicious nachos! You can taste the fresh ingredients they use like the cilantro that really takes these nachos above and beyond any nachos I have ever had. Place the staff was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place to stop by on multiple occasions
When I went the first weekend, I wasn't impressed at all. But in subsequent visits, it's grown on me. The tacos are really tasty, and not too unreasonable at $3.5 each. The service could be faster, although compared to some other hip spots the wait is pretty good. Make no mistake, this place is trying to be hip, sometimes too hard...I don't want a DJ and a valet at a "taco stand". But in summary, I'll be back!
Excellent lunch in every way. There were some people at noon but plenty of available seating. The staff walked me through the menu and the process and brought the food out pretty quickly. Two tacos and rice and beans was enough - the tacos were each big, lots of protein and toppings piled high.
Definitely recommend it.
I just moved to the area and haven't been able to stop eating out here. The staff recognizes me and treats me like family. The tacos are some of the best I've ever had with a unique and flavorful taste. And the plantains are to die for!!!
It was so awesome! Ask for Yogi Bear... his big personality and customer service was just what I needed to energize me for the rest of my workday.

Yucatan is one of my new favorite spots in Houston! I was extremely impressed with the food AND service. Southern hospitality in the city is refreshing to see. The guacamole and chips are so fresh. I highly recommend!
This was the first time coming here. Awesome spot for Sunday Funday! The patio was so much fun. DJ Tina had great mix of songs. We were grooving with $2 mimosas and amazing mojitos. The grilled fish was really good. The chilaquiles was THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD. 10/10 would Sunday Funday again
We ordered beef empanadas as apetizer that were excellent. Then chilaquiles con pollo y chorizo (good portion size) and paleo bowl with grill fish (a halthy but tasty option). We will come back!
Great atmosphere! Cold margaritas and strong fans in the bar area of the patio. The yuca fries were really yummy too.
This is one of the best places in Houston to EAT! I just had the breakfast and not only was it filling but they specialized my order! I will definitely return to eat here!
Excellent salsa and green salsa. Very good chicken fajita tacos on the lunch special. Quick service. Clean restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff.
