Sampling the delightful fare at The Halal Guys was truly a wonderful experience! The Chicken and Beef gyros were bursting with flavors that were simply irresistible, causing my taste buds to dance with joy. While the overall experience was already fantastic, a tad more of that creamy, enticing mayonnaise would have taken the gyro to an even higher level of perfection. Nevertheless, my time at The Halal Guys was a delightful culinary escapade that left me completely satisfied and eagerly anticipating my next visit!
5 stars just for the service alone. The young lady working here was awesome. Took the time to go over the menu and even let us try some of the items. Wonderful service! Hard to find that now a days.

Same old taste from the food cart stage in NYC that I’ve had many moons ago! A blast from the past! Loved all their old menu items like Chicken and beef on rice with the white sauce and hot sauce. Tried a new lamb item on the menu and it wasn’t that great. Also tried their drinks not from the OG menu (mango and passion fruit lemonades) as per staff recommendation and they were good, not amazing but hit the spot on a hot Texas day.
I looked down on this place for a long time I said to myself ‘they can not be good like the ones on NewYork streets.’ I decided to try them today, I didn’t know it’s was actually NY they have brought to Houston! They have the picture of their NY stand in the store as well. I ate the halal food like a hungry lion 🦁 tasted real good and I got a whole lot of spice 🥵 in it! They have saved me plane ticket to NY. 😂. Gloria is a great manager and their staffs are wonderful! I highly recommend!
Man the absolute best beef combo plate I've ever had. The flavor was the bomb the staff was friendly and interacted with me well. And while I was eating I could not help the steady flow of people that ordered ahead along with the stream of people coming in.. people that they seem to know. I don't know about you. But that speaks volumes to me. Guys ya got it all right.

Whether it's the beef gyro plate, chicken gyro plate, or the chicken-beef combo plate, every dish is prepared to perfection.
