Excellent Customer Service! The Front Of House Cashier Was Very Polite And Professional. She Never Turned Her Back To The Customers. She Is Very Attentive And Has A Hustle In Her Walk. I Would Say She Has Good Integrity When It Comes To Managed The Front Lobby On Her Own.
Her name was not on the receipt so I couldn't give her a proper compliment, but I came at 7:48pm.
The bathroom, lobby, hallway and door entrance was clean and clear of debris. The music wasn't loud and appropiate.
The fries were fresh and crispy and the chicken juicy and steamy.

Im am literally obsessed with this place. Only thing I regret is not trying it before. Chicken is so tender and tasty. The sauce is so good and the bread is š I'll give it 10/10 plus service is always good and fast. Even my picky eater kids love it.

Everything was good. Food was fresh and hot. Which is rare for Canes. Food is usually barely warm. I am handicapped and an employee was kind enough to bring my order to me. I appreciate that. It's nice to be able to get a fresh ,hot meal when your very tired and don't feel like cooking. Thanks you to the entire crew at this location. Well done. I hope to come back again soon..

I'd never tried eating here until now. I'm glad I finally did. I have a new favorite place for chicken strips/fingers! They were a little smaller than I had hoped, (3-4 inches instead of around 6) but were still very good. Not dry, just the right amount of seasoning and tasted awesome. Never really been a fan of the crinkle style fries personally, but those tasted pretty good as well. Definitely going to be a long time customer if the food continues to be this good. šš»

Hubby & I shared the 6pc combo - initially thought $16 was kind of spendy for "fast food" š
but the chicken was piping hot & everything overall very good.. seems like a Chikfila competitor.
Both their handmade Lemonade & Sweet Ice Tea were good.
Coleslaw pretty good similar to KFCs š
Their Secret Sauce was pretty good.

Absolutely delicious. The tenders were juicy and the sauce complimented them well.
I don't drink soda so when I saw the sweet tea I was excited. We don't have that back in Toronto and I really wish we did.
However the fries were a bit on the sad side.
But! Even though the fries were a bit sad the customer service was awesome. The cashier really knew what he was doing and got our orders ready quickly.
I don't have pictures of the tenders but trust me -- they're great.

Second time visiting Raising Caneās, my kid googled it. We like it. We got caniac combo, the portion is big, the chicken is tasty, good alternative to our other place we usually go ( competitor). For the money we paid itās a good choice.

The food is excellent, the potatoes are very delicious, they just have to be more careful with the cleanliness of the place because the tables are always full of grease and that leaves a lot to say about the place.

Canes wasn't bad I've had it at this location better. I was very disappointed in the sweet tea it tasted like someone dumped ashes in it I love sweet tea and I love canes but that visit was a no for the tea

I have gone through the drive thru more than I have actually went inside. But the times I have gone inside, it's been great. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, the tables are wiped down, etc..
