We walked down the street from the hotel right around the corner and the lobby was closed and we couldn't do the drive through as we were walking. I'm not sure what had happened but I am assuming their was a breakdown of some sort and we all know those kind of things do happen. I have always liked jack in the box and always got a great meal but tonight was not to be so maybe next time. I took a few photos so you will be able to find it a little bit easier. So best of luck to all and I'll try jack in the box again another day, but I really wanted one of those amazing ice cream shakes they have but I try tomorrow.

This is the best Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever eaten at in my life. Idk what they’re doing different here but the food is AMAZING and so is the service!! They should really recognize Johnny, he has the best attitude and customer service skills for anybody I’ve ever encountered at a fast food drive-through

This place is (A+) in customers service i had a problem in my mobile order and all of them try to solve it from the drive tru lady to the main manager. I don't like to recommend fast food places but this jack at san felipe and 610 freeway is the best in houston great customer service and friendly staff. I allways use the drive tru but today i went inside it was super clean. The food was good as allwas.

I have never left a review for fast food, but WOW. The lady who took the order was such an angel, hands down probably the best fast food meal I've ever ate. All the ingredients were fresh, fries hot and salted perfectly, even the soda was bomb. I wish this location was close to me, truly impressed!!!

Downtown Houston on a business trip, I stopped in for a late-night snack. The place was totally empty of customers and immaculate but a line around the block for the drive up. So, the atmosphere was perfect. No kids screaming and zero mess anywhere.
My favorite is the toasted sourdough cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes & crisp bacon. One of the employees actually stopped texting, put his phone down and made our food from scratch.
So the food was good and atmosphere perfect. Hahaha

I live next to this location and freqently walk up to the window at night because the inside is closed and it’s easier to walk. However when I got there this time they wouldn’t take our order because (I’m assuming) we weren’t in a car (which is fine except that they wouldn’t even open the window to tell us or even acknowledge that we were there - very disrespectful); at this point we walked all the way back to my car and retrieved it, ordered our food, and drove up to the window. I asked to speak with the manager to explain the situation and ask why we were rudely ignored. He wouldn’t even listen nor let us purchase our order, opting instead to slam the window in my face. I’ve never been so disrespected; I feel bad for the girl at the window who clearly wanted to help us but the manager wouldn’t even let her. It’s 4/24/18 and we went there at 10:20 the first time, and got back at 10:30 with our car. Cameras can confirm this.

Very disappointed the burgers were not cooked. They looked like processed meat. they were not fried so I guess they bake them it was horrible, taste just like rubber . Very disappointed

They say on the door we close at 7 it was 5 15 and they were close only serving drive through knowing alot of people lost their cars the manager said it was only him but im looking at someone else there working with him while she on her cell phone and it was noone there only one car in drive way

Do not eat here we ordered 10 Taco's from here today and found a nasty piece of paper towel in one of the Tacos. When we called the store the manager was brainless on what to do. We went on line called Guest Relations and that was even a bigger joke!!! They should change the name of Jack in the Box to "Choke in the Box". Do not eat at Jack in Box's!!!
