Review Whataburger - Houston

I’m not sure how useful fast food reviews are, but I hope someone district or regional sees this. Whoever you have running this store is doing a great job. Around 2:45p on 8/2, We were welcomed almost immediately. She asked great questions and tried to upsell. The food came out fast & everything was correct, hot & fresh. The employees were also cleaning & being productive. 10/10

Happened to be out in this area and was hungry and decided to stop and get a breakfast burrito, and hash browns. Everything was good. Service was fast, food was hot. Building was clean. Had no problems during this visit.

Freddy the cash in the morning. Good guy. He will take care of you. Go out his way. You would think he's a manager or his store manager the way his carry himself I told him about the bad experience 2 days before he asked me what happened. I told him he went out his way to make everything right shout out to Freddy people like him is why I don't spending my hard earn money at Whataburger this location

Been here for lunch several times and always get excellent service !! Staff is always nice and food comes out fast and GREAT !! Always nice to be able to run in and out during a lunch break no matter how busy it is !! Will be back ! B

I've been visiting the location for over 40 years and I must say the food is just as good now as it was back then.

Outstanding Food and Service. My Daughter and I stopped in after they had closed the lobby but drive through was still opened. The Manager took my order at the window and made sure that I was OK standing outside the door. Fast and delicious.

My favorite hamburger place but their meat is beginning to be cold when I go to either one now. Not like it use to be cook as you order n the cheese isn't melted . So I tell them to melt the cheese now just to get my food hot. Others than that still my favorite burger hands down

Had a coupon 4 a Free Chili Cheeseburger with purchase of a drink and fry, so I only cost me $5.96 for the meal. Great deal and food.

This Whataburger food and atmosphere are what you would expect if you have been to one before. It was embarrassing, but on the way to the restroom, as I walked past a large yellow cone stating a wet floor, my feet slipped out from under me and I fell. I was alright but the employees seemed genuinely concerned about my well being (rather than a law suit). I went back the following two mornings, but treaded lightly!

It seemed like they had more people on break than working. There were a bunch of youngsters all along window seating on phones. Now, the one gentleman that took my order was on point. He needs support.

Always worth my money, great service, great tasting hamburgers since my grandpa use too take me as lil girl now I take my granddaughters, still as good as I remember.

Usually I adore whataburger but this location needs some major reforming! First off, I can never seem to get my order right. I'm always getting jalepon ranch when I order regular ranch. My stomach is super sensitive to spice. Tonight, 8.19.17 I ordered a number 2 with double cheese, no onion, sub ranch and once again jalepeno ranch. Not to mention that once I got home I didn't even have cheese on it. First off I guess they just forgot about my order because I sat at the drive thorough window about 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, then the manager comes to the window to very bluntly and rudely take my order again. When I finally get my order, there were no fries. I tend to order usually right after dark and it always seems to be the same manager and he is a jerk! He is rude, does not know how to talk to customers, and treats his staff like they are garbage! I have heard him belittle his female employees and scream at them in front of customers! He had argued with me over an item I purchased that I didn't get after he snatched the receipt from my hands and came back with an alerted receipt that didn't show the item. Thankfully I had the other receipt that gets taped to the bag. So just to paraphrase, super rude, underhanded, sexist manager, orders are always fixed wrong and many times of missing items. Is this really how you want your company represented? I'm very disappointed in this location.

I went thru the drive-thru at this Whataburger last night and had a horrible experience. I ordered 2 combos. I ordered 2 chicken strips, 2 apple pies and a large onion rings on the side. Below is my receipt. They made my food except for one of the onion rings orders. They had to make another batch and asked me to pull around to the front and they'd bring it out to me. I waited and waited. By the time he brought out the onion rim a he admitted that he FORGOT to bring them out to me. So when I got home ALL of the rest of the food was cold, not even warm a little anymore. Then I was eating my chicken sandwich and giving my toddler son some bites also. About halfway through the sandwich I looked down at it and saw that the chicken was undercooked!! It was still pink! That made me very angry that they were in such a rush that they didn't cook the chicken all the way through. I took pictures of the uncooked chicken. I probably would have let this go if it had only been cold food, but uncooked chicken is unacceptable! That's a health hazard. I did call the store and let them know and they agreed to replace the whole meal. So I went back this afternoon to have the order replaced and the man that "forgot" to bring the onion rings out to me was rude as he was trying to make me look like an idiot to everyone. You can see the pink in the picture I took. I took another picture of the chicken sandwich I got today and the meat is clearly cooked thoroughly. They had to have taken the chicken last night out too early. Anyway, today when I went back to get the order replaced, the man was attempting to humiliate me publicly by repeating (loudly) that "all the chicken is cooked for 7min 50sec at 350 degrees" and the chickens inner is checked to make sure it's "at 165 degrees". He also went and got coworkers to say "What does that temperature say?" "See? I told you, it's 165 degrees" "it's 350 degrees" etc.. He went on and on loudly causing people in the waiting room to look at me like I'm an idiot and the coworkers treated me the same. He wouldn't even look at the pictures I'd taken of the pink meat to prove it was underdone. He can tell me the standards for cooking meat, etc. but someone did NOT follow standards last night. And treating me like that publicly was inappropriate and unprofessional. I will NOT be going back to this particular Whataburger in the future until I know that man no longer works there.
