If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, that’s not Tex-Mex in the Galleria area, COME HERE!!! It was the best Mexican dish I had during my 4-day trip! The meat on the Al Carbon tacos were buttery soft!! It melted in your mouth!! Like how did they do it?! 🤯🤤 I did add a small sprinkle of salt (I like salty foods), but it was delicious!! Squeeze you some limes on your tacos with your choice of salsa and you’re good to go!!! The beans were FIRE 🔥 both ways!!! Do yourself a favor and get these tacos!! Will definitely return when I’m visiting Houston again!! Thank youuuu 🤤😋😊♥️🥰 I have no complaints.

My experience was great! My waitress was attentive. The food was excellent! Great value! Some Mexican restaurants charge prices that makes one think, "Are these plates sprinkled with gold dust?" Ruchi's on the other hand offers great tasting food at a fair price that doesn't cost and arm and a leg. I'll be back. Pass the chips and salsa please. 😊

Band on friday and Saturday nights (Joyride) is absolutely incredible. They play from 9pm - 1 am and have one of the best guitarists I’ve ever seen (Eric Brown). Margaritas are great, as is the atmosphere. Will be back!

First time here and overall a very decent experience. The server was okay, she brought us drinks, chips-salsa pretty quick, but got confused with the orders a little bit. Chips and salsa tasted fresh and good, the green salsa was spicy and delicious. The food took a little time to come but came out hot and fresh and each plate had good quantity.
The environment was vibrant and cozy, the music wasn't too loud just the perfect amount and it resonated with the place. Overall, it was definitely a decent first visit. Will try to come back if I'm visiting the area.

It was my first time going here since I just moved from California and my apartment isn’t far either. I went on my birthday yesterday and I was fantastic the food was great and the drinks delicious, the live music was awesome. overall had a great time. I will definitely be going back very soon.

Food is always good when late night hunger hits! BUT be careful where you park, do not park in KFC parking lot, there is one sign and it was facing opposite side, if you come from the other side you won’t notice it. I believe the cops are working with the tow place to make extra cash, bc I was only there less than 10 minutes, and I walked out with my car towed! This was like at almost at 3am.

Very nice restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine. They have very good live music performance and we did dance there. Kids enjoyed a lot. I did like the mango spicy margarita. Food was good.
