I hadn't been to an El Pollo Loco in several years and was hoping they still had a Shrimp Avocado Burrito that I used to get... When I asked the gentleman at the counter, he literally could not understand me saying the word Shrimp, lol and had no idea, so I settled for the Chicken Avocado Burrito meal instead...It came with a drink and chips.
Lots of delicious condiments, including Cilantro, Pico de Gallo and a nice Avocado dip which were added to my Burrito and Chips.
My partner ate a Quesadilla which she didn't finish, so I took care of that as well.
Overall, great food, unlimited drink refills and a happy belly.

This is my go to place. The food is always tasty and their creamy cilantro is fabulous. Grilled food is healthier and it tastes better here. Their prices are the best out of any restaurant for the amount and food quality. One of the best tortilla soups i've tasted. The original pollo bowl is a favorite. Great reward program and App.

I went here for lunch and it was on point. Straight 🔥👌🏾😊. They have keto friendly and options which is a plus. I love that the food has just the right amount of flavor and the portions are well worth it. Stop by if your passing thru🥘🌯🌮🫔

Had ordered a Grandé Avocado Chicken Bowl and two Churros to go. Enjoyed the entree and the dessert. Ordered just a couple of minutes before and it was ready when I arrived. (Jan. 30)

This place is SUPER! The food is delicious and comes out ready to eat. The staff is AMAZING, Diego and Angelica are great waiters! Definitely booking an event here AGAIN. Johanna the Manager always comes out to see that everything is running smooth. Parking lot is right in front. Can't wait to go back!!!

First visit 4/2022. Went to the drive-thru about 15 minutes before closing. They have a chicken wing meal, not posted on menu. I ordered 2 but only enough wings for 1 order 😥. The nachos were ok, but the wings were good & seasoned. Nice employees. Have us coupons with the order

Went during my lunch break and got a Queso Blanco Burrito combo. The wait for the food was not long, enthough there were a couple of people ahead of me, and it was hot when it arrived. It was very tasty as well. I did ask for some salsas since their salsa bar was closed down, so it did take a couple of minutes since they were busy preparing other people's orders. All on all, it was a good experience.

Awesome place! Great inexpensive Mexican food spot in the area. They offer a good selection of grilled chicken dishes. I love my grilled chicken breasts, beans and mashed potatoes. The Nachos or tacos for $5 are also a great choice. The staff is also amazing and place is always clean... I’ve visited other locations and this one on Silber rd beats all of them.

Food is really good and warm. The chicken has good flavor and is moist, however the size is small. I love the charro beans, corn was different but good. I really enjoy the orchata. The salsa bar needs some improvements, it could be dirty. Overall a good place for chicken, friendly service and fast.
