Awesome staff, crawfish, pool tables and a good chill spot has a nice large patio great music and if u get a chance take a shot with Ann she's one of the awesome bartenders and cool af.

Visisted a couple weeks ago...didn't find the service great at first, but oh man...was the food ever good! Highly recommend their from-scratch pizza (the place actually smells like pizza when you first walk in). Hubby had the Philly Cheesesteak - which he liked as well. Drinks were good - I liked my Tequila Sunrise better than the Margarita.
This is a great place because it's near my work! A nice locals bar with great prices! There are plenty of parking spaces behind the bar, and the service is actually great! I would definitely come back here again to fight traffic. The thing I like the most is it's not too busy and I get to have a decent conversation while enjoying some great drinks.
This pub is a great dive bar. Velvet has pool tables, dart boards, couches, and different tables/sitting areas inside and outside. I had a Michelada here and it was absolutely delicious!! One of the best I've ever tasted. They also have a food menu, I didn't get to see it but got to try a platter of their Monster Nachos and an appetizer of baked potatoes with bacon and cheese. Love that they served food the whole night. Would definitely visit again whenever back in town.
I have nothing but respect for this establishment. I've never seen anybody else inside the loop cutting off a patron for being too inebriated except for here. Perfect service from all the employees. Legit toppings on pizzas as far as a vegetarian would go. Decent prices, good crowd.
My favorite local spot in Houston. Ann is my favorite bartender. They have a taco pizza that is really big and amazing! Drink specials are great. Couches in one area, darts, pool, huge patio deck, bar arcade games and a bunch of TVs. Also TouchTunes if you're all about that
One of the best dive bars on Richmond and this is what every neighborhood bar should aspire to be. Their 64oz tanks are bang for the buck, good beer selection and the pizzas and turkey melt are outstanding for a dive bar! The kitchen is open till midnight or longer so that's another plus. You can chill on the patio outside or head inside for the pool tables & NFL action. Great mix of people and the staff is super friendly - shout out to Blake & Garrett! I see myself returning to this joint quite often. Note : It's safe to use the covered parking behind the bar during weekends so plenty of spots available!
Favorite laid back bar in Houston. Darts, pool, lots of TVs. Food is okay, but it's bar food what do you expect. Drink prices so good I can only assume they make money being a drug front.
Great staff, friendly patrons. I used to go after work 2-4 times a week to have a drink before heading home. The pizza is also relatively good as far as bar food goes.

One of the divey-ist bar in Houston as when you first walk in, you get this dark, somewhat cold feeling that you get where you may feel like "Do I really want to stay here?" The answer is yes as I had some of the greatest time here on various nights with some of my best friends. The bartenders recognize me and my good friend as they know what kind of shots we like or the beer we want.
The food here isn't too bad either as I have tried the pizza and their steak on their steak night. The pizza is definitely above average but don't expect something like a true pizza place quality as this place is, after all, a bar first. As for the steak on steak night, the size of the steak is great but my complaint is that the green beans is too salty and the potato is a bit dry.
One of the great thing about this place is that they do have fish tank drinks. Do you feel like getting wasted? then get yourself a fish tank that's full of tropical fruity alcohol flavor. They also have a good selection of beer on tap or bottled beer. The price is fair for mixed drinks or shots. They also have 2 pool tables and 2 dart boards. Like most of the modern bars, there's also that Internet jukebox and big screen TV on the end of the bar.
There's also a big front patio for people who wants to drink outside or have a cigarette. I know dive bars isn't everyone's type of bar but I would consider this place as one of my favorite watering hole.
