This place has been here since I was a kid when my parents used to take us for good Mexican food. Now that I'm a grown adult I still have memories from when I was a kid the food still taste fresh and the service is awesome. Not to many places like this exist anymore. Nice to go and eat and have a good michelada!👍👌

This place is seriously amazing!! Best staff, very attentive to their customers. They even have awesome specials on their drinks, best margaritas in area! Don't be afraid by the packed parking lot, stop in and try this place out. They've recently upgraded a few items! Love El Jalapeno!

Good, authentic Mexican food. The beef fajitas were like perfectly seasoned, tender, steak. I've taken clients and new hires here several times and they've given rave reviews. Will go here again and again.

Very colorful, warm place. Food was delicious. Portion sizes are large. Horchata was the best I've ever had! Waitress was friendly and (fortunately) spoke English, although I could also order in Spanish. Lots of parking. Lots of tables and seating. Can easily move tables together for a large party.

I had the beef enchiladas, and they were really good. Our waitress was quick and friendly too. Never let our chip basket get empty, and we were hungry, so she filled it twice! Thank you for a good lunch experience.

This a family favorite of ours! We always recommend...Best Fajitas and Margaritas on the Northside! Great place to hold a party or host a special occasion! Sammy and family are top notch!

It is always a pleasure to come here to eat. I love everything about it. The music, the games on tv, the food is delicious and the workers greet me by name and chit chat with me making me feel very welcomed. I been coming here since I was in elementary school when I was just one section. Even worked there for a short period of time when it was 3 sections. And now it’s 4 sections. I absolutely love it. It’s #1 on my to go to list and no where can come near touch it!

Great food and prices overall. There is only a few things I would change the Caldo Del Res soup would be changed. Good taste but not easy to cut meat up. Should be boneless beef used and cooked to make tender.

Great place, great food and excellent customer service!!! My Wife and I ate here in October of 2018 for dinner. We were just looking to try some place new to us. Victoria, our server, was terrific!!! The food was authentic!!! I don’t drink but my Wife likes an adult beverage and she said that the seasonal margarita drinks were spot on and delicious!!! Nice interior and very family friendly!!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for everyone!!!
