This ihop location is chill and somewhat quiet i tried their chicken and waffles which was so delicious however it was nearly $14 i thought it was going to be like $11.99 or something but other than that great service with a 15 minute wait dear customers there’s plenty of parking available for you to park your car you can even park at Chef mart which I don’t think no one goes there anymore

Our server was amazing she had stars on her face. She was the light of the breakfast. I didn't like the mango iced tea, it had a chemical taste. 🤔. The grits were amazing.

Had to come and grab a quick bite and the food was pretty decent, not the best I’ve had, but pretty well. My waitress was so patient and nice and made sure my waffle was cooked to perfection (even though whomever was cooking couldn’t seem to get it together; it took 3 attempts to get my waffle cooked how I requested it). Other than that mishap, my service was awesome and food was good.

Ligonberry crepes is ALWAYS a YES YES 4me! The candied bacon 🥓 and new premium bacon 🥓 are a yes. Good prices too and decent portion sizes. I also get the regular hashbrowns and sausage and over medium eggs 🥚 yes sirsky. Yes ma'am. Late night is my favorite breakfast for dinner yes! 5 stars 🌟🤩✨😍💛💖
