The place is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and they serve food quickly, even during busy periods. I hold a special admiration for Rey, whose customer service is unparalleled. He not only remembers my name but also my order; it's these small gestures that genuinely make customers feel valued and special.

I gave this 5 stars for food & service but only 3 stars for atmosphere due to it being in the tunnels of downtown Houston. Food & service are on par with any other Chick-fil-A you visit. Quick meals and great customer service but they don't participate in the Rewards program which is unfortunate đŸ˜•

This location has the nicest employees. They are always very friendly and make my days better after each visit. Since this location is an express, the use of the app and coupons are not accepted. However, it is run efficiently just like every other Chick-fil-A.

Been coming timo this location for years now. The staff is top notch, the management is beyond excellent. They treat you like family and go over and beyond there job duties. It's always clean, the service is accurate and fast. The whole staff needs to receive a monetary incentive for there hardwork and dedication. The two managers have been knowing them for years. They have always demonstrate great attitude and professionalism. I really believe this review needs to be forwarded to the Corporate Office and I want to see the Managers at this location featured in a Commercial. They definitely deserve it. They work there hearts out

This is a chick fila express. So it may not have every menu item a regular chick fila has. Needless to say, the service here is great! đŸ™‚And I've never had a bad experience here. A great place to go for breakfast or lunch, most menu items under $11.00

The staff here is always friendly. The food comes out super quick! The lines might appear full but the staff handles each customer as quickly as possible so you're really not waiting for a long time. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The waffle fries are always crispy and hardly soggy, which means they'e fresh and properly drained.

The chicken here is fantastic, but not as good as the sauces they give you. The waffle fries oh wow they go down pretty good, and the customer service is great. We don't have them in Australia so I've only seen memes about them. But when I finally got to try them, the memes didn't lie!

This is not a full Chick-fil-a, it's got a limited menu and limited hours. They are only open breakfast and lunch during the work week. Still good food, but not the same options. They also don't take coupons like the others.
