I ordered the vegetarian pasta and it was good but if they put a little bit more of salt that would have been better. Iām sure itās great for my cardiac health tho.
You can be creative with all ingredients that they have at the counter. They cook right in front of you so you enjoy watching their cooking show as well as having a good food right after the show. š½ š

Start to finish you can pick a crafted entree: salad, pasta, panini OR be free and create your own of the three!! At the register, there is truffle oil and you can cut your own FRESH basil!
To-go boxes are near the drink bar! Oh and free wifi!

Wow, I didnāt expect such a fresh authentic Italian experience but this place is amazing. They have a build your own pasta dish option where you can choose all your ingredients or you can choose from their house creations.
From the pasta to the sauce to the delicious giant meatball it was all GOOD! What sets this place apart is that you wonāt break the bank. I canāt think of any other place like it. Iāll be back soon!

If you love AUTHENTIC Italian food this is a must do restaurant. They cook the farm fresh food in front of you and you select what goes into your personalized pasta dish. You can even see them making the noodles and hanging them to dry. The marinara is possibly the best I've ever tasted. Plus if you have family with Celiac all of the sauces are Gluten free! They have 2 kinds of GF pastas, fettuccine & penne. The only thing not gluten free is the giant meatball (which is my favorite). Perfect for a quick meal or to sit and savor! The staff is great, really knowledgeable & friendly!

Saw that Mona Fresh Italian Food restaurant opened and looked up the menu online. When I found they offered gluten free pasta, vegan sauce, with 5 veggies of my choice I got there as soon as I could! Everything was great and delish! I'm sure the other sauces are just as great. I see another visit soon!

What a great concept for an Italian restaurant! We stopped by after our friends recommended it to us and we were not disappointed. You order at the counter and can customize your pasta dish with a variety of fresh toppings and homemade pasta. Their sauces were very flavorful their portion sizes are large. Looking forward to coming back and trying a new dish!

Artful presentation, fresh and delicious!! You can tell immediately that the concept comes from an amazing Chef! I traveled from downtown to get there and was well worth the drive. Great modern Italian aromas and flavors for a great value. I love this cozy ambiance. The pasta is made in-house, and tastes amazing in the dish I had (the Tuscan). I can honestly say I've never had "the perfect egg" until today either, but very aptly named! I can't wait to come back and try more!

Their home made pastas with Italian sausage and mushroom cream sauce is to die for!!! Loved the ambience and decoration with so much green everywhere. The brand new restaurant was clean and organized. The staff was incredibly friendly and even the manager passed by our table to make sure we were having a good experience and enjoying our food. Will be back many more times. Great job Mona.

My family and I have been eating here almost once a week for the past month and we love it. The pasta is so fresh and the desserts are on point. We love the extra touches like the truffle oil and fresh basil (so fresh you literally cut it off the plant) at the counter. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful!

Pretty delicious spot. I really like the ambience. It was our first time here and the staff was really helpful in telling us how to navigate the menu. The chicken on the pasta was tasty. The white sauce was was pretty good but it was kind of reminiscent of jar sauce but done very well. Awesome concept.

Super super super delicious. Pasta and some of the best Iāve had. As is the Alfredo sauce. I would like the chicken to be a little more moist but it was still very flavorful. I think you should be more explanation or at least recommendation about smaller dishes for children. We went into adults three kids. And were given three adult pastors. There is quite a price difference. I think the prices could be a little more reasonable. And the beers could be kept cold her. But if Iām reading it simply upon food quality and taste. Five stars. The only reason Iām getting at four stars is for execution. But we will definitely be back.

Hey foodies! I didn't know this place was new, opened last week, just saw it and took a chance. Glad I did.
EVERYTHING is FRESH! they have salads, pasta and sandwiches, homemade, hand- sized meatballs too. Everything fresh and delish.
It has this vibe like you are in Italy in someone's house in the garden. Very unique.

Everything is custom- ordered, totally a must see, i'm probably not mentioning all they have.
