Your normal Chipotle . Except when it. Comes to good quality and consistency. The beans were undercooked and hard . In addition to that the vegetables were not cut “the chipotle way”. Personally, I will not return to this location. The service was great and the person who made my bowl was very nice, but it was not the standard or quality of food in use to.

Standard chipotle offering. The service at this location was quick and accurate with my order as well as the kiddos. The tables, drink and supply areas were clean and well kept. The bathrooms were easy to find and as clean as one would expect a fast food joint to be.

Today, I placed a very large catering order for a school field trip. And, to be honest, I was a little worried about how the quality of food was going to turn out because of it— but I shouldn’t have worried at all!! The food was still fresh, hot, and delicious by the time we ate it! Definitely one of the better trips i’ve had to chipotle !!

This was probably one of the best burritos I've ever had! Loved the flavor of the chicken, it had a nice crust. The rice, corn and tomatoes were good compliments to the chicken and the size of it alone made it worth it.

Quick visit for take out no long lines food was ready upon arrival. I love the aroma of all the delicious spices and couldn't wait to dig in! It's definitely worth a visit when you're in the 290 Hollister area! I'm loving Chipotle went back again and the staff are always fast and friendly 😊 Food is Delicious 😋 For families with kids they have high chairs

Ordered chicken al pastor. Delicious. First time seeing employees preparing ingredients. Everything is very clean, including the friendly, professional staff. Ample parking. I was so hungry, I forgot to take a pic. Moderate pricing.

The served bowl was of the most fresh quality, had decent music going. They had 4 people on duty, but kept up with a hoard of 20+ kids appearing post rush hour, all serving $20 tender. My reason for why not 5 star on atmosphere is because of the angry kazoo in the music played.

I Just visited your store at 13768 NW Freeway, 77040. One of your employees Alvina (not sure this is the correct spelling) was making a burrito bowl and she entirely missed the container while adding the pico. She tried to pick the pico from the counter and put it in the container but I asked her to give me the uncontaminated pico from the main dish. After completing my order, she proceeded to swipe the contaminated pico back into the main container with her hand. She wasn't wearing gloves. I asked the cashier if this was a regular practice, and she was very apologetic and reassured me that it wasn't. When the cashier tried to explain this to Alvina, she (Alvina) took my burrito bowl and shoved it at me. I requested for a manager and Jose came. He and Alvina spoke in Spanish and he told me that Alvina had disposed the contaminated pico in the trash can which wasn't true. I asked for a refund and I now know why there have been food borne illnesses affiliated with chipotle. I assure you that it is only a matter of time until the next outbreak with such unsanitary practices by employees.

I guess the cook forgot the seasoning in the rice white rice was more like sushi rice and very bland. Since when did they stop putting grilled veggies in the burrito bowls?

Just left from there and first off, they need to invest in bigger spoons because the amt of meat they put in your bowls is weak. Then they pick pcs out as if they overdid it. Another issue, is why the heck do you have to pay for salsa when you get a kids meal? I was in there and the lady in front of me had 1 bowl, she asked for 4 salsas, I ask for 1 and they say it's gonna be .90 more. How is that right? Are you granted unlimited salsas on a bowl? I love you Chipotle, but today I didn't like you.
